O trabalho do docente &#233; um constante aprendizado, pois a identidade profissional &#233; permeada pelo pr&#243;prio fazer cotidiano, sendo essa constru&#237;da, mantida ou modificada na rela&#231;&#227;o estreita que os sujeitos t&#234;m com a realidade. Discutir a forma&#231;&#227;o docente implica em uma atividade complexa, assim como a pr&#243;pria profiss&#227;o, envolve tens&#245;es e dilemas que constituem as necessidades e a identidade de seus atores: os professores. Assim, a constitui&#231;&#227;o identit&#225;ria docente se d&#225; pela percep&#231;&#227;o de si, dos outros e com os outros, essa pluralidade experimentada na exist&#234;ncia tamb&#233;m &#233; refletida no pluralismo em que se pratica a doc&#234;ncia.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: This article aims to develop a theoretical and experiential reflection from the University Teaching discipline in Health: Formation of professional identity, offered by the Graduate in Nursing at the Ribeir&#227;o Preto School of Nursing, University of S&#227;o Paulo Program in the fall of 2013. The teacher's work is a constant learning, for the professional identity is permeated by everyday to himself, this being built, maintained or modified in the close relationship that individuals have with reality. Discuss teacher training implies a complex activity, as well as the profession itself, involves tensions and dilemmas that constitute the needs and the identity of its actors: teachers. Thus, the teaching identity constitution is by perception of self, others and with others, this plurality experienced in existence is also reflected in the pluralism that is practiced teaching.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen: Este art&#237;culo tuvo como objetivo elaborar una reflexi&#243;n te&#243;rica y de la vivencia en la disciplina Ense&#241;anza Universitaria en Salud: Formaci&#243;n de la Identidad Profesional, ofrecida por el Programa de Posgrado de la Escuela de Enfermer&#237;a de Ribeir&#227;o Preto de la Universidad de S&#227;o Paulo en la segunda mitad de 2013. El trabajo del docente es un aprendizaje constante, debido a que la identidad profesional est&#225; impregnada por las propias tareas di&#225;rias, siendo construida, mantenida o modificada en la estrecha relaci&#243;n que los individuos tienen con la realidad. Discutir la formaci&#243;n del docente implica una actividad compleja, as&#237; como la propia profesi&#243;n, involucra tensiones y dilemas que son las necesidades y la identidad de sus actores: los profesores. Por lo tanto, la constituci&#243;n de la identidad docente ocurre por la percepci&#243;n de s&#237; mismo, los otros y con los otros, esta pluralidad de experiencia en la existencia se refleja tambi&#233;n en el pluralismo en el cual se practica la docencia.]]></p></abstract>
