Os pressupostos teórico-metodológicos se baseiam na Abordagem do Ciclo de Políticas, tendo como materiais de análise, os documentos legais e as respostas dos professores a um questionário acerca do modo como conhecem/operam com tais políticas na escola. Os resultados apontam que os professores reconhecem a escola como espaço de acesso e divulgação, mas com oportunidades limitadas de discussão e interpretação dos textos legais, sendo estudos e discussões promovidas na universidade importantes para que, não só conheçam os documentos, mas compreendam seus efeitos e o papel do contexto da prática como espaço de produção da reforma.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: The article deals with curricular reforms for high school, promulgated through the enactment of LDBEN (Law no 9.394/1996) through to the approval of the BNCC - EM. The aim of the work was to analyze the production of reforms and the perceptions of practicing teachers on the principles and objectives and the processes for its execution in the school. The theoretical and methodological premises are based on the Policy Cycle Approach, and the materials used for the analysis include legal documents and the teachers&#8217; responses to a questionnaire about their knowledge and practical implementation of these policies in the school. The results show that teachers recognize the school as a space for access and dissemination, but that there are limited opportunities for discussion and interpretation of the legal texts. We also found that studies and discussions promoted at the university are important to ensure that teachers not only have a knowledge of the documents but understand their effects, and the role of the context of practice as a space for the production of reform]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen: El artículo trata sobre las reformas curriculares para el Bachillerato, desde la promulgación de la LDBEN (Ley No. 9394/1996) hasta la ratificación de la BNCC-EM, los principios y objetivos y los procesos para su implementación en la escuela. Los supuestos teórico-metodológicos se basan en el Enfoque de Ciclo de Políticas, teniendo como material de análisis los documentos legales y las respuestas de los docentes a un cuestionario sobre cómo conocen / operan con dichas políticas en la escuela. Los resultados muestran que los docentes reconocen a la escuela como un espacio de acceso y difusión, pero con limitadas oportunidades de discusión e interpretación de textos legales, siendo los estudios y discusiones promovidos en las universidades importantes, para que no solo se conozcan los documentos, sino también para comprender sus efectos y el papel del contexto de práctica como espacio de producción de reformas.]]></p></abstract>
