Além disso, são apontadas algumas concepções da ampliação da avaliação externa que contrariam a retórica de que, sob uma perspectiva empresarial, a escola poderia gerar resultados melhores do que sob a lógica da educação pública. O texto está estruturado em três partes. Na primeira parte, analisa-se a avaliação externa da aprendizagem escolar e os seus aspectos legais. Na sequência da análise, foi mostrado o discurso enraizado nos preceitos estáticos e classificatórios, bem como nos preceitos excludentes da educação na perspectiva única de resultado. Para finalizar, o esforço de análise e de argumentação consistiu-se em identificar a avaliação como elemento diagnóstico da prática pedagógica na educação pública, podendo tornar-se uma alternativa para a busca de um resultado de desempenho escolar de melhor qualidade.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: The article presents a theoretical study about external evaluations as a propositional element for the diagnostic evaluation of the teacher&#8217;s work, the teaching network and the educational context. In addition, some conceptions of the expansion of external evaluation are pointed out that contradict the rhetoric that, from a business perspective, the school could generate better results than under the logic of public education. The text is structured in three parts. In the first part, the external evaluation of school learning and its legal aspects are analyzed. Following the analysis, the discourse rooted in static and classificatory precepts was shown, as well as in the exclusionary precepts of education in the single perspective of result. Finally, the analysis and argumentation effort consisted in identifying the evaluation as a diagnostic element of the pedagogical practice in public education, being able to become an alternative for the search for a better quality school performance result.]]></p></abstract>

El texto está estructurado en tres partes. En la primera parte se analiza la evaluación externa de los aprendizajes escolares y sus aspectos legales. Tras el análisis, se mostró el discurso arraigado en preceptos estáticos y clasificatorios, así como en los preceptos excluyentes de la educación en la única perspectiva de resultado.
