A indisciplina, sob essa perspectiva, tem se revelado assunto de grande relevância entre educadores e psicólogos escolares, movimentando pesquisadores de diversas orientações teórico-metodológicas no estudo da temática. Esse artigo se propôs a realizar uma revisão de literatura sobre a diversidade conceitual que o tema inspira, buscando compreensões nos campos da psicologia e da educação que considerem a possibilidade de ações colaborativas, dialógicas e democráticas favorecedoras de processos de desenvolvimento humano. Foram selecionadas e sistematizadas produções científicas dos últimos dez anos que tratam do assunto, utilizando achados científicos de base qualitativa e quantitativa por meio do método de revisão sistemática do tipo integrativa. Consideramos a importância de ambientes dialógicos que permitam o exercício de habilidades favorecedoras da autonomia, senso de responsabilidade e comunicação eficiente, capacidades relevantes para ressignificação de comportamentos considerados indisciplinados na escola.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The complexity and diversity of social configurations in the contemporary world are characterized by profound tensions experienced in the social, economic and ethical-moral spheres, reflecting uncertainties and conflicts about the relationships experienced at school. The indiscipline has become a subject of great relevance among educators and school psychologists, inspiring researchers of diverse theoretical and methodological orientations in the subject studies. This article proposes a literature review about the theme, to seek aspects of psychology and education knowledge that considers collaborative, dialogical and democratic actions that promotes human development processes. Scientific productions of the last ten years which deal with the subject were selected and systematized, using qualitative and quantitative scientific findings by the method of systematic review of the integrative type. It is consider the importance of dialogic environments which allow the exercise of autonomy, sense of responsibility and efficient communication, relevant abilities for the re-signification of behaviors considered undisciplined at school.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen La complejidad y la diversidad de las configuraciones sociales en la contemporaneidad se caracterizan por profundas tensiones vivenciadas en las esferas social, económica y ético-moral, reflejando una serie de incertidumbres y embates acerca de las relaciones, cada vez más conflictivas, experimentadas en la escuela. La indisciplina se ha revelado sujeto de gran relevancia entre educadores y psicólogos escolares, moviendo a investigadores de diversas orientaciones teórico-metodológicas en el estudio de la temática. Este artículo se propuso realizar una revisión de literatura sobre la diversidad conceptual que el tema inspira, a fin de conocer estudios sobre la indisciplina escolar en la actualidad, considerando la posibilidad de acciones colaborativas, dialógicas y democráticas que puedan favorecer los procesos de desarrollo humano. Se seleccionaron y sistematizaron producciones científicas de los últimos diez años que tratan el asunto, utilizando producciones científicas de base cualitativa y cuantitativa por el método de revisión sistemática del tipo integrativa. Consideramos la importancia de ambientes dialógicos que permitan el ejercicio de habilidades favorecedoras de la autonomía, sentido de responsabilidad y comunicación eficiente, capacidades relevantes para la resignificación de comportamientos considerados indisciplinados en la escuela.]]></p></abstract>
