Utilizando um método qualitativo, descritivo e exploratório, foram realizadas entrevistas com representantes dos CRPs do DF e do MS, e aplicou-se a análise de conteúdo para verificar se as ações desses Conselhos seguem as orientações do manual do Conselho Federal de Psicologia (CFP). As ações foram categorizadas em campanhas de comunicação social; diálogos com o poder público, entidades, categoria e sociedade; e outras ações. O estudo conclui que, apesar das mobilizações, há alguns obstáculos, como a falta de financiamento. As ações realizadas são significativas, com cumprimento da maioria das orientações do CFP, mas ainda há muito a ser feito para garantir a plena implementação da lei e, consequentemente, a inserção de psicólogas(os) na política de educação.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This study looks at the actions of the Regional Psychology Councils (CRPs) of the Federal District (DF) and Mato Grosso do Sul (MS) to comply with Law 13.935/2019, which at the federal level guarantees the inclusion of psychologists and social workers in basic education. Using a qualitative, descriptive and exploratory method, interviews were conducted with representatives of the CRPs of the Federal District and Mato Grosso do Sul, and content analysis was applied to verify whether the actions of these Councils follow the guidelines of the Federal Council of Psychology (CFP). The actions were categorized into social communication campaigns; dialogues with public authorities, entities, the profession and society; and other actions. The study concludes that, despite the mobilizations, there are some obstacles, such as the lack of funding. The actions taken are significant, with most of the CFP's guidelines being complied with, but there is still a lot to be done to ensure that the law is fully implemented and, consequently, that psychologists are included in education policy.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Este estudio examina las acciones de los Consejos Regionales de Psicología (CRPs) del Distrito Federal (DF) y de Mato Grosso do Sul (MS) para dar cumplimiento a la Ley 13.935/2019, que a nivel federal garantiza la inclusión de psicólogas y trabajadores sociales en la educación básica. Mediante un método cualitativo, descriptivo y exploratorio, se realizaron entrevistas a representantes de los CRP del Distrito Federal y de Mato Grosso do Sul, y se aplicó un análisis de contenido para comprobar si las acciones de estos Consejos siguen las directrices del manual del Consejo Federal de Psicología (CFP). Las acciones se clasificaron en campañas de comunicación social; diálogos con el poder público, las organizaciones, la profesión y la sociedad; y otras acciones. El estudio concluye que, a pesar de las movilizaciones, existen algunos obstáculos, como la falta de financiación. Las acciones emprendidas son significativas, con el cumplimiento de la mayoría de las directrices del PPC, pero aún queda mucho por hacer para garantizar la plena aplicación de la ley y, en consecuencia, la inclusión de las psicólogas en la política educativa.]]></p></abstract>
