Esse processo se deu pela análise das ações desenvolvidas pelos professores de Educação Física da Rede Municipal de Ensino de Curitiba, em consonância com as leis 10.639/03 e 11.645/08, sobretudo, as práticas desenvolvidas em torno da capoeira, analisando se acontece a partir de uma perspectiva emancipatória ou estereotipada. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de caráter descritivo e qualitativo, realizada por meio de questionário para mapeamento de ações desenvolvidas pelos professores. A análise de dados deu-se por leitura flutuante e análise de conteúdo. Participaram 52 professores. Conclui-se que se insiste positivamente no conteúdo étnico-racial no campo da cultura corporal de movimento como condição elementar para que professores trabalhem à luz da história e da ação interdisciplinar os desafios propostos pelas citadas leis. Observou-se um aumento de ações educativas em torno a cultura e história negra, africana e indígena na graduação dos docentes; e um sólido posicionamento social, histórico e étnico-racial nas ações que se apropriam da capoeira para o tema Educação para as Relações Étnico-Raciais na escola.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT This article addresses possible dialogues between Physical Education and the Brazilian ethnic-racial diversity, according to legal instructions. This process happened through analysis of the actions developed by teachers from the public schools of Curitiba, in accordance with laws 10,639/03 and 11,645/08, specially the practices developed around the capoeira, with the assessment of whether these actions take place through an emancipatory or a stereotypical perspective. This is a research of descriptive and qualitative quality, made through a survey which mapped the actions that are realized by the teachers. Data analysis was done by analysis of subject and fluctuating reading. Fifty-two teachers participated in this research. We conclude that there is focus on the ethnic-racional matters in the corporeal culture field as a fundamental condition for the teachers, in order to apply, in light of history and interdisciplinary actions, the challenges imposed by mentioned laws. There were both an increase in actions related to black, african, and indigenous history and culture, in the teachers' education; and a firm social, historical, and ethnic-racial stance in the actions that focus on the capoeira within Education for Ethnic-Racial Relations themes in school.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN Planteamos las posibles interacciones entre la educación física y la diversidad étnico-racial brasileña, de acuerdo con las pautas legales. Se analizó las actuaciones de los profesores de educación física de la Red Municipal de Educación de Curitiba de acuerdo con las leyes 10.639/03 y 11.645/08. Concretamente se examina si las prácticas desarrolladas con la capoeira se realizan desde una perspectiva emancipatoria o estereotipada. Es una investigación descriptiva con análisis cualitativo, mapeando mediante un cuestionario las acciones que están desarrollando los docentes. El análisis de los datos se llevó a cabo mediante lectura flotante y análisis de contenido. Participan 52 docentes. Se concluye que se insiste positivamente en el aspecto étnico-racial en el campo de la cultura corporal del movimiento, como condición elemental para que los docentes trabajen con el testimonio histórico y la construcción interdisciplinar. Aplicando así los desafíos propuestos por las citadas leyes. Observamos un incremento de gestos educativos acerca de la cultura e historia negra, africana e indígena en la graduación de los profesores. También una sólida ubicación social, histórico y étnico-racial en las acciones que se apropian de la capoeira.]]></p></abstract>
