Ese trasfondo lo constituye la cultura escolar. En su construcci&#243;n intervienen tanto pr&#225;cticas internas como externas a la escuela, entre ellas, las pol&#237;ticas educativas. La influencia de las pol&#237;ticas educativas regionales sobre la conformaci&#243;n de la cultura institucional en el devenir del cotidiano escolar se plantea como un interesante y complejo objeto a desentra&#241;ar. Para emprender ese camino es importante construir una base te&#243;rica consistente a partir de la conjunci&#243;n de diferentes fuentes. En t&#233;rminos de Tello (2015), esto implica concebir un sustento te&#243;rico rizom&#225;tico como base para analizar la cultura escolar en el marco de la &#8220;escuela cotidiana&#8221; (Rockwell, 2000). En definitiva, lo que planteamos aqu&#237; es la necesidad de construir un eje epistemol&#243;gico potente para hacer inteligibles los efectos de las pol&#237;ticas educativas en el cotidiano escolar. En ese sentido, el presente trabajo se propone interrelacionar un conjunto de perspectivas te&#243;ricas a modo de red, para comprender un aspecto intr&#237;nseco de la escuela: los efectos de las pol&#237;ticas educativas en la cultura institucional. En primer lugar, definimos qu&#233; entendemos por cultura y cultura institucional. A continuaci&#243;n proponemos nuestro modelo anal&#237;tico rizom&#225;tico, integrando los aportes te&#243;ricos de Rockwell, Bourdieu y Ball. Finalmente, en las conclusiones, realizamos una breve integraci&#243;n de las ideas expuestas en el cuerpo de este trabajo.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: The school routine has been understood, in part, by a particular background that colors whole the experience that is developed there. This background constitutes the school culture. In the construction of school culture, the internal and external practices from outside school influence it, including educational policies. The influence of regional education policies shaping the institutional culture in the school routine is presented as an interesting and complex object to be revealed. To begin that journey, it is important to construct a consistent theoretical basis from the combination of different sources. According to Tello (2015), this involves framing an useful rhizomatic theoretical basis for analyzing the school culture within the framework of the &#8220;school routine&#8221; (Rockwell, 2000). In short, what has been questioned is the need of to construct a consistent epistemological axis to make intelligible the effects of educational policies in the school routine. In that sense, this paper aims to interconnects a set of theoretical perspectives like a network to understand an intrinsic aspect of the school: the effects of educational policies in the institutional culture. At first, it was defined what we mean by culture and institutional culture. Then we propose our analytical rhizomatic model that integrates the theoretical contributions of Rockwell, Bourdieu and Ball. Finally, in the conclusion, we briefly integrate the ideas presented in the body of this work.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[Resumo: O cotidiano escolar &#233; entendido, em parte, por um particular plano de fundo, que tange toda a experi&#234;ncia que ali se desenvolve. Esse plano de fundo constitui a cultura escolar. Na constru&#231;&#227;o da cultura escolar, influenciam as pr&#225;ticas internas e externas &#224; escola, incluindo as pol&#237;ticas educacionais. A influ&#234;ncia das pol&#237;ticas educacionais regionais sobre a forma&#231;&#227;o da cultura institucional no cotidiano escolar se apresenta como um objeto interessante e complexo para se desvendar. Para investigar este objeto &#233; importante construir uma base te&#243;rica consistente a partir da combina&#231;&#227;o de diferentes fontes. Nos termos de Tello (2015), isso implica conceber uma base te&#243;rica rizom&#225;tica &#250;til para analisar a cultura institucional no &#226;mbito do &#8220;cotidiano escolar&#8221; (Rockwell, 2000). Em suma, o que questionamos aqui &#233; a necessidade de construir um eixo epistemol&#243;gico consistente para tornar intelig&#237;veis os efeitos da pol&#237;tica educacional no cotidiano escolar.
