En este escenario, la Organización de las Naciones Unidas para la Educación, la Ciencia y la Cultura (Unesco) ha definido como una de sus áreas estratégicas la Educación para la Ciudadanía Global (ECG) a la luz de la meta 4.7 del ODS-4, donde invita a los países a garantizar que todos los alumnos adquieran las competencias, actitudes y comportamientos que promuevan la reconstrucción de las sociedades en un mundo más pacífico y sostenible. Este artículo tiene como objetivo, a partir de la comprensión de la evolución del concepto de ciudadanía global y del mapeo del contexto institucional del desarrollo de la Base Nacional Común Curricular (BNCC), analizar la relación de la competencia general 10 de la BNCC, Responsabilidad y Ciudadanía, con lo que promulga la Unesco respecto de la ECG, mediante una investigación cualitativa no experimental de carácter descriptiva, por medio de una revisión crítica de la bibliografía, apoyada en el sistema de información Interface de R pour les Analyses Multidimensionnelles de Textes et de Questionnaires (Iramuteq). Como resultado, se verificó la estrecha relación de ambos conceptos, una vez que se comprobó que la competencia 10 de la BNCC se ha enmarcado en los lineamientos de la ECG y del ODS-4, y su desarrollo contribuye con el logro de la Agenda de Educación 2030.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[Resumo: Os Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável (ODS) pretendem solucionar as vulnerabilidades que ocorrem em grande parte da população em todo o mundo. Nesse cenário, a Organização das Nações Unidas para a Educação, a Ciência e a Cultura (Unesco) definiu como uma de suas áreas estratégicas a Educação para a Cidadania Global (ECG), à luz da meta 4.7 do ODS-4, convidando os países a garantir que todos os alunos adquiram habilidades, atitudes e comportamentos que promovam a reconstrução das sociedades em um mundo mais pacífico e sustentável. O objetivo deste artigo, com base na compreensão da evolução do conceito de cidadania global e no mapeamento do contexto institucional do desenvolvimento da Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC), é analisar a relação da competência geral 10 da BNCC, Responsabilidade e Cidadania, com o que a Unesco promove sobre a ECG, por meio de uma pesquisa qualitativa não experimental de natureza descritiva, baseando-se em uma revisão crítica da bibliografia apoiada pelo sistema de informação Interface de R pour les Analyses Multidimensionnelles de Textes et de Questionnaires (Iramuteq). Como resultado, verificou-se a estreita relação entre ambos os conceitos, uma vez que se constatou que a competência 10 da BNCC foi desenvolvida no âmbito das diretrizes da ECG e do ODS-4, e seu desenvolvimento contribui para a consecução da Agenda de Educação 2030.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) seek to address the vulnerabilities that occur in most of the population worldwide. In this scenario, the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural (Unesco) defined Education for Global Citizenship (EGC) as one of its strategic areas in the light of goal 4.7 of SDG-4, inviting countries to ensure that all students acquire skills, attitudes and behaviors that promote the reconstruction of societies in a more peaceful and sustainable world. The objective of this article, as from the understanding of the evolution of the global citizenship concept and the mapping of the institutional context of the development of the National Common Curriculum Base (BNCC), is to analyze the relationship of the general competence 10 of the BNCC, Responsibility and Citizenship, with what Unesco promotes about EGC, through qualitative non-experimental research of a descriptive design, based on a critical review of the bibliography supported by the Interface de R pour les Analyses Multidimensionnelles de Textes et de Questionnaires (Iramuteq) information system. As a result, it was verified a close relationship between both concepts, asince it was found that competence 10 of the BNCC was developed within the scope of the ECG and ODS-4 guidelines, and its development contributes to the achievement of the Education 2030 Agenda.]]></p></abstract>
