Com fundamento no art. 41 da Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Nacional (LDB), nos princípios da Rede Certific e em autores que defendem a valorização da técnica e dos conhecimentos dela provenientes, propomos a avaliação e a certificação dos saberes docentes. Nada mais coerente do que reconhecer naqueles que educam trabalhadores a possibilidade de terem validados os saberes construídos na sua atividade profissional. Por meio de pesquisa bibliográfica acerca das bases epistemológicas e legais da EP, da análise dos atuais programas de formação de professores da carreira do Ensino Básico, Técnico e Tecnológico (EBTT) e do levantamento de programas de certificação de saberes docentes em diversos países, apresentamos o relato de experiência na elaboração de um projeto-piloto de certificação desses saberes, para professores da educação profissional, em desenvolvimento no Instituto Federal Catarinense (IFC) e no Instituto Federal de Santa Catarina (IFSC). Esse projeto é extensível à Rede Federal, bem como a qualquer rede de educação profissional e seus docentes com mais de dez anos de atividade.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: Throughout their classroom experience and by sharing knowledge in their community, vocational education teachers develop their own work-related skills. This study proposes an evaluation of pedagogical knowledge and its certification, based on the Brazilian legislation on educational guidelines, the principles of the CERTIFIC Network and the work of authors who propose valuing this technique and the knowledge acquired through it. It is coherent to recognize the possibility of validating the knowledge of those who educate workers, knowledge built during their own professional activities. Through bibliographical research about the epistemological and legal bases of vocational education, combined with the analysis of current vocational teacher education programs as well as a review of the certification of pedagogical knowledge programs in several countries, this experience report covers the elaboration of a pilot project for the assessment and certification of teacher&#8217;s pedagogical knowledge at the Catarinense Federal Institute (IFC) and the Santa Catarina Federal Institute (IFSC). This project could also be applied to federal vocational education as a whole, and to any vocational education program employing teachers who have been active for ten years or more.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen: Considerando su actuación en el aula y el intercambio de saberes de su comunidad de prácticas, profesores de la Educación Profesional (EP) desarrollan varias competencias laborales. Con base en el artículo 41 de la Ley de Directrices y Bases de la Educación Nacional (LDB), en los principios de la Red Certific y en autores que defienden la valorización de la técnica y de los conocimientos como resultado de ella, proponemos la evaluación y la certificación de los saberes docentes. Nada más coherente que reconocer en aquellos que educan a los trabajadores la posibilidad de tener validados los saberes construidos en su actividad profesional. A través de una investigación bibliográfica acerca de las bases epistemológicas y legales de la EP, del análisis de los actuales programas de formación de docentes de la carrera de la Enseñanza Básica, Técnica y Tecnológica (EBTT) y de la encuesta de los programas de certificación de saberes docentes en varios países, presentamos el informe de experiencia en la elaboración de un proyecto piloto de certificación de los saberes docentes, para profesores de la educación profesional, en desarrollo en el Instituto Federal Catarinense (IFC) y en el Instituto Federal de Santa Catarina (IFSC). Este proyecto es extensible a la Red Federal, así como a cualquier red de educación profesional y sus docentes con más de diez años de actividad.]]></p></abstract>
