O objetivo da pesquisa foi investigar os modos como crianças pré-escolares, a partir de processos de mediação promotores de ação colaborativa, produzem performances narrativas. Metodologicamente, foi realizada uma pesquisa etnográfico-propositiva com um grupo de sete crianças de 5 anos de idade que frequentavam a pré-escola. Foram propostos 20 ateliês narrativos, no intuito de evidenciar as múltiplas linguagens das crianças durante a produção de suas narrativas. Os ateliês foram organizados em três etapas, nomeadas como: 1) experimentação; 2) exploração; 3) produção de narrativas orais. As propostas desenvolvidas envolveram contação de histórias, rodas de conversa, leitura de imagens e produção de narrativas orais. Os resultados da pesquisa demonstraram o processo criativo das crianças na produção de narrativas, bem como sua expressão corporal e vocal por meio de performances. Com as análises, foi possível inferir a relevância da oferta de contextos promotores de narrativas, assim como o papel fundamental da mediação docente no desenvolvimento das competências linguísticas orais das crianças. Dessa forma, defende-se que as crianças tenham tempos, espaços e possibilidades de expressar, com suas narrativas, as experiências vivenciadas na pré-escola.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: The article results from research in the field of Social Studies of Childhood, in interface with contributions from investigations into narrative performances. The objective of the research was to investigate how preschool children, with the help of mediation processes that promote collaborative action, produce narrative performances. Methodologically, an ethnographic and propositional research project was carried out with a group of seven 5-year-old children who attended preschool. Twenty narrative workshops were proposed in order to highlight children&#8217;s multiple languages during their narrative production. The workshops were organized in three stages, named as: 1) experimentation; 2) exploration; 3) oral narrative production. The proposals developed involved storytelling, conversation circles, image reading and oral narrative production. The research results demonstrated the children&#8217;s creative process in the production of narratives, as well as their body and vocal expression through performances. With the analyses, it was possible to infer the relevance of offering contexts that promote narratives, as well as the fundamental role of teachers&#8217; mediation in the development of children&#8217;s oral language skills. In this way, the recommendation that children have time, spaces and possibilities to express, with their narratives, the experiences lived in preschool is supported.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen: Este artículo proviene de una investigación que se ubica en el marco de los Estudios Sociales de la Infancia, en relación con las contribuciones de investigaciones sobre performances narrativas. El objetivo del estudio fue investigar los modos cómo niños preescolares, a partir de procesos de mediación que promueven una acción colaborativa, producen performances narrativas. Metodológicamente, se realizó una investigación etnográfico-propositiva con un grupo de 7 niños de 5 años de edad que frecuentaban la preescuela. Se propusieron 20 talleres narrativos, con la intención de evidenciar los múltiples lenguajes de los niños durante la producción de sus narrativas. Se organizaron los talleres en tres etapas, que se nombraron como: 1) experimentación; 2) exploración; 3) producción de narrativas orales. Las propuestas desarrolladas involucran narración de historias, ruedas de conversación, lectura de imágenes y producción de narrativas orales. Los resultados de la investigación demostraron el proceso creativo de los niños en la producción de narrativas, así como su expresión corporal y vocal por medio de performances. Con los análisis, se pudo inferir la relevancia de la oferta de contextos que promueven narrativas, así como el rol fundamental de la mediación docente en el desarrollo de competencias lingüísticas orales de los niños. De esa forma, se defiende que los niños tengan tiempos, espacios y posibilidad de expresar, con sus narrativas, las experiencias vividas en la preescuela.]]></p></abstract>
