Foram analisados seus projetos diferenciados, a fim de contribuir para o debate sobre escolas de prestígio e o papel da gestão na produção dos elevados padrões de qualidade do ensino e do desempenho dos alunos ostentados por essas instituições. É apresentada uma breve contextualização da educação lusitana para que sejam compreendidas as possibilidades que as escolas oferecem. A primeira escola fica em Lisboa, é privada, com uma pedagogia que congrega a formação humana-religiosa à autonomia dos estudantes, além da coesão de valores institucionais, omnipresente desde a estrutura física até ao currículo do &#8220;mar&#8221;. A segunda, situada em Coimbra, apresenta um conjunto de características bastante original: é experimental, católica, bilíngue (português e inglês), com uma gestão compartilhada pelos professores que são proprietários da instituição. A terceira é uma escola técnica pública no Porto, com gestão composta pela parceria público-privada, tendo como maior destaque a gestão de recursos efetuada pelo diretor e a adesão à inovação tecnológica. Como resultados, identificamos que as instituições têm em comum o favorecimento da autonomia dos estudantes, o que torna as aprendizagens mais eficazes.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: The educational trip to Portugal, in september 2018, to see seven Portuguese educational institutions that are considered innovative resulted in this essay with ethnographic inspiration, in which three of them are discussed. Here are presented their differentiated projects to contribute to the debate on prestigious schools and the role of management in the production of the high quality standards of teaching and student performance held by these institutions. A brief contextualization of Lusitanian education is presented so that the possibilities offered by the schools are understood. The first school is in Lisbon, it is private with a pedagogy that brings together human-religious formation and student autonomy, and the cohesion of institutional values, omnipresent from the physical structure to the curriculum of the ''sea''. The second, located in Coimbra, presents a very original set of characteristics: it is experimental, catholic, bilingual (Portuguese and English), with shared management by the professors who own the institution. The third is a public technical school in Oporto, with management composed by a public-private partnership, with the main emphasis being on resource management made by the principal and technological innovation. As results, we identify that institutions have in common the favoring of students' autonomy, which makes learning more effective.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen: El viaje educativo que se hizo a Portugal, en septiembre de 2018, para conocer siete instituciones educativas portuguesa que se consideran innovadoras resultó en este ensayo de inspiración etnográfica, en la cual se discuten tres de ellos. Aquí se presentan sus proyectos diferenciados para contribuir con el debate sobre escuelas de prestigio y el papel de la gestión en la producción de los elevados estándares de calidad de la enseñanza y del desempeño de los alumnos ostentados por esas instituciones. Se presenta una breve contextualización de la educación lusitana para que se entiendan las posibilidades que ofrecen las escuelas. La primera escuela se encuentra en Lisboa, es privada tiene una pedagogía que reúne a la formación human-religiosa y la autonomía de los estudiantes, además de la cohesión de valores institucionales, desde la estructura física hasta el currículo escolar ''mar''. La segunda, situada en Coimbra, presenta un conjunto de características bastante original: es experimental, católica, bilingüe (portugués y inglés), con una gestión compartida por los profesores que son propietarios de la institución. La tercera es una escuela técnica pública en Oporto, con gestión compuesta por la asociación público-privada, teniendo como mayor destaque la gestión de recursos efectuada por el director y la adhesión a la innovación tecnológica. Como resultados, identificamos que las instituciones tienen en común el favorecimiento de la autonomía de los estudiantes, lo que hace que los aprendizajes sean más eficaces.]]></p></abstract>
