Busca-se problematizar estas práticas mediante estudo das narrativas, envolvendo situações problemas ou de casos episódicos, a fim de indagarem o que veem, o que pensam e o que fazem, percebendo os limites de suas decisões e ações e compreendendo o processo formativo como um princípio mais amplo e a profissão do professor, bem como as práticas sociais a elas relacionadas. As aprendizagens e os saberes narrados possibilitam-nos ver as singularidades e potencialidades para a formação docente, entrelaçadas ao movimento de ressignificações em um contexto específico do trabalho docente, dando outros significados aos saberes profissionais.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: In this text, we approach an experience of formation-research with a group of students of Pedagogy, with the purpose of understanding the processes of professional development of teaching built after the supervised internship and their senses in their formative trajectories. The aim is to problematize these practices through the study of narratives, involving problem situations or episodic cases, in order to investigate what they see, what they think and what they do, perceiving the limits of their decisions and actions and understanding the formative process as a broader principle and the teacher's profession, as well as the social practices related to them. The learning and narrated knowledge allow us to see the singularities and potentialities for the teacher training, intertwined with the movement of resignifications in a specific context of the teaching work, giving other meanings to the professional knowledge.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen: Este texto trata de una experiencia de formación-investigación con un grupo de estudiantes de Pedagogía, con el propósito de comprender los procesos de desarrollo profesional de la enseñanza construidos después de la pasantía supervisada y sus sentidos en sus trayectorias formativas. El objetivo es problematizar estas prácticas mediante el estudio de las narraciones, que implican situaciones problemáticas o casos episódicos, a fin de investigar lo que ven, lo que piensan y lo que hacen, percibiendo los límites de sus decisiones y acciones y comprendiendo el proceso formativo como un principio más amplio y la profesión del profesor, así como las prácticas sociales relacionadas con ellas. El aprendizaje y el conocimiento narrado nos permiten ver las singularidades y potencialidades para la formación del profesorado, entrelazadas con el movimiento de resignificación en un contexto específico de la labor docente, dando otros significados al conocimiento profesional.]]></p></abstract>
