Como objetivos específicos, buscou-se verificar se a Educação de jovens e adultos a distância tem possibilitado a elevação da escolaridade dos trabalhadores da indústria baiana, analisar os resultados e indicadores e verificar se o programa tem possibilitado o acesso dos egressos a outros níveis de formação. Para os caminhos metodológicos da investigação, optou-se por uma abordagem qualitativa, utilizaram-se, para a coleta de informações, questionários, entrevistas semiestruturadas, pesquisa documental, observação participante. Para a análise das informações, adotou-se a análise compreensiva-interpretativa das narrativas para a composição da história da Educação de jovens e adultos no SESI Bahia e o objetivo de avaliar os resultados da Educação de jovens e adultos a distância. Os achados apontam resultados satisfatórios em relação aos objetivos propostos para essa pesquisa. Sobre o objetivo específico 1, as informações apontam que o programa de EJA a distância no Polo Salvador atende mais a sujeitos da comunidade que trabalhadores e dependentes da indústria, numa proporção de 55% de alunos da comunidade e 45% trabalhadores e dependentes da indústria. O objetivo específico 2, que diz respeito aos indicadores de resultados, apontam uma taxa de sucesso de 71% de aprovação contra 29% de evasão o que revela que o programa de EJA a distância possui impacto positivo. O objetivo específico 3 diz respeito às possibilidades que a EJA a distância brinda em relação a continuidade dos estudos, sob essa lógica 27% do alunado conseguiram acessar a outros níveis de formação em cursos de nível superior e técnico.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: The main objective of this research is to evaluate the results of the high school class of education of youth and adults at a distance from the Salvador Center, a problem of this research, as well as seek so to answer the extent to which the offer of education of young people and adults to distance contributes to raising the education of workers in the Bahian industry. As specific objectives, we sought to verify whether the Education of young people and adults at a distance has enabled the increase of the education of workers in the Bahian industry, analyze the results and indicators and verify whether the program has enabled the access of graduates to other levels of training. For the methodological paths of the investigation, a qualitative approach was chosen, and questionnaires, semi-structured interviews, documentary research, participant observation were used for the collection of information. For the analysis of the information, we adopted the comprehensive-interpretative analysis of the narratives for the composition of the history of education of young people and adults in SESI Bahia and the objective of evaluating the results of education of young people and adults at a distance. The findings indicate satisfactory results in relation to the objectives proposed for this research. Regarding the specific objective 1, the information indicates that the distance EJA program in the Salvador Center serves more community subjects than workers and industry dependents, in a proportion of 55% of students in the community and 45% workers and dependents industry. Specific objective 2, which concerns the results indicators, indicates a success rate of 71% approval against 29% of evasion, which reveals that the distance EJA program has a positive impact. <abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen: El objetivo principal de esta investigación es evaluar los resultados de la clase de educación secundaria de jóvenes y adultos a distancia del Polo Salvador, un problema de esta investigación, así como tratar de responder en qué medida la oferta de educación de jóvenes y adultos a distancia contribuye a aumentar la educación de los trabajadores de la industria en Bahía. Como objetivos específicos, buscamos verificar si la educación de jóvenes y adultos a distancia ha permitido aumentar la educación de los trabajadores en la industria bahiana, analizar los resultados e indicadores y verificar si el programa ha permitido que los graduados accedan a otros niveles de educación. Para los caminos metodológicos de la investigación, se eligió un enfoque cualitativo, se utilizaron cuestionarios, entrevistas semiestructuradas, investigación documental, observación participativa para la recopilación de información. Para el análisis de la información, se adoptó un análisis comprensivo e interpretativo de las narrativas para la composición de la historia de la educación de jóvenes y adultos en SESI Bahía y el objetivo de evaluar los resultados de la educación de jóvenes y adultos a distancia. Los resultados indican resultados satisfactorios en relación con los objetivos propuestos para esta investigación. Con respecto al objetivo específico 1, la información señala que el programa de educación a distancia EJA en el Polo Salvador atiende a sujetos de la comunidad más que trabajadores y dependientes de la industria, en una proporción del 55% de los estudiantes de la comunidad y el 45% de los trabajadores y dependientes de la industria. El objetivo específico 2, que se refiere a los indicadores de resultados, apunta a una tasa de éxito del 71% de aprobación frente al abandono del 29%, lo que revela que el programa EJA a distancia tiene un impacto positivo. El objetivo específico 3 se refiere a las posibilidades que ofrece la educación a distancia en relación con la continuidad de los estudios, bajo esta lógica el 27% de los estudiantes pudieron acceder a otros niveles de capacitación en educación superior y cursos técnicos.]]></p></abstract>
