<self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&amp;pid=S2178-26792021000300152&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&amp;pid=S2178-26792021000300152&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_pdf&amp;pid=S2178-26792021000300152&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[Resumo: Tem-se como pressuposto que as Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais para a Formação Inicial de Professores para a Educação Básica e o anexo denominado Base Nacional Comum para a Formação Inicial de Professores da Educação Básica (BNC-Formação) aportam-se em abordagem de viés economicista em consonância com o projeto ultraliberal em curso. Argumenta-se que o Parecer CNE/CP nº 22/2019 e respectiva Resolução CNE/CP n. 02/2019 e Parecer CNE/CP nº 14/2020 e Resolução CNE/CP nº 1/2020 recuperam um projeto de formação de professores ancorado na racionalidade técnica vencido política e institucionalmente no início dos anos 2000. Almeja-se desvelar em quais princípios se apoia e quais elementos caracterizam o projeto de formação docente inscrito nas &#8216;novas&#8217; diretrizes. Recorre a pesquisa documental, detendo-se particularmente na análise da inserção da terminologia &#8220;direito à aprendizagem&#8221; nas novas diretrizes com vistas a desnudar as implicações para a formação inicial de professores. Almeja-se, portanto, traçar o percurso que propiciou a incorporação do termo &#8220;direito de aprendizagem&#8221; nos normativos atinentes a formação de professores. Adota o conceito de aprenderismo e tem Biesta (2012, 2013, 2017) como autor de referência para analisar o discurso legal. A substituição no texto normativo da linguagem da educação pela linguagem da aprendizagem é materializada na BNC-FI e na BNC-FC com a listagem das competências e habilidades, obliterando o lugar do conhecimento no projeto de formação de professores e, por conseguinte, na formação de estudantes na educação básica, indicando a influência de uma matriz calcada na racionalidade técnica nos processos formativos em detrimento de uma fundamentação assentada na racionalidade crítica.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: It is assumed that the National Curriculum Guidelines for Initial Teacher Training for Basic Education and the annex called Common National Base for Initial Basic Education Teacher Training (BNC-Training) support an economicist approach in in line with the current ultraliberal project. It is argued that Opinion CNE/CP No. 22/2019 and respective Resolution CNE/CP No. 02/2019 and CNE/CP Opinion No. 14/2020 and CNE/CP Resolution No. 1/2020 recover a teacher training project anchored in technical rationality, politically and institutionally defeated in the early 2000s. supports and which elements characterize the teacher training project inscribed in the 'new' guidelines. It resorts to documentary research, focusing particularly on the analysis of the insertion of the terminology "right to learning" in the new guidelines with a view to revealing the implications for the initial training of teachers. The aim is, therefore, to trace the path that led to the incorporation of the term &#8220;learning right&#8221; in the regulations pertaining to teacher education. It adopts the concept of learning and has Biesta (2012, 2013, 2017) as a reference author to analyze the legal discourse. The replacement in the normative text of the language of education by the language of learning is materialized in the BNC-FI and BNC-FC with the listing of skills and abilities, obliterating the place of knowledge in the teacher education project and, therefore, in training of students in basic education, indicating the influence of a matrix based on technical rationality in training processes to the detriment of a foundation based on critical rationality.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen: Se asume que los Lineamientos Curriculares Nacionales para la Formación Docente Inicial de Educación Básica y el anexo denominado Base Nacional Común para la Formación Docente de Educación Básica Inicial (BNC-Training) apoyan un enfoque economista en línea con el actual proyecto ultraliberal. Se argumenta que la Opinión CNE / CP No. 22/2019 y la respectiva Resolución CNE / CP No. 02/2019 y la Opinión CNE / CP N ° 14/2020 y la Resolución CNE / CP N ° 1/2020 recuperan un proyecto de formación docente anclado en la racionalidad técnica, derrotado política e institucionalmente a principios de la década de 2000. Apoyos y qué elementos caracterizan la formación docente proyecto inscrito en las 'nuevas' directrices. Recurre a la investigación documental, centrándose especialmente en el análisis de la inserción de la terminología "derecho al aprendizaje" en las nuevas directrices con el fin de revelar las implicaciones para la formación inicial del profesorado. El objetivo es, por tanto, trazar el camino que condujo a la incorporación del término &#8220;derecho de aprendizaje&#8221; en la normativa de formación del profesorado. Adopta el concepto de aprendizaje y tiene a Biesta (2012, 2013, 2017) como autor de referencia para analizar el discurso jurídico. La sustitución en el texto normativo de la lengua de la educación por la lengua de aprendizaje se materializa en el BNC-FI y BNC-FC con el listado de competencias y habilidades, borrando el lugar del conocimiento en el proyecto de formación docente y, por tanto, en formación de estudiantes en educación básica, indicando la influencia de una matriz basada en la racionalidad técnica en los procesos de formación en detrimento de una base fundamentada en la racionalidad crítica.]]></p></abstract>
