A partir da perspectiva de análise de prosa buscando investigar o significado dos dados, analisaram-se prioritariamente narrativas produzidas pelas professoras-mentoras e solicitadas pelo grupo de pesquisa no âmbito da mentoria em 2020: diários reflexivos e narrativa sobre a atuação docente na pandemia. Foram levadas em conta, de modo complementar, as conversas das reuniões com a equipe de formação/pesquisa e mensagens trocadas, via WhatsApp, entre as professoras e a equipe. A análise processual dos dados possibilitou identificar/compreender: i. um novo sentido da prática docente, ii. algumas características das condições de trabalho dessas professoras e iii. as práticas de ensino construídas para o ensino remoto.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT: This article presents a qualitative study of exploratory nature since it seeks greater familiarity with the problem investigated: to understand the teaching practices characteristics and construction processes, considering the early childhood education and elementary school years, in remote education related to Covid-19 pandemic, experienced by seven experienced teachers who act as mentors. The teachers proposed activities, the meeting's conversations maintained with the research team, and the WhatsApp messages exchanged by the other mentors and research team members are analyzed. The processual analysis of the data made it possible to identify/understand: i. a new meaning of teaching practice, ii. some characteristics of the working conditions of these teachers and iii. the teaching practices built for remote teaching.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN: Se trata de un estudio cualitativo de carácter exploratorio, ya que busca una mayor familiaridad con el problema investigado: comprender el proceso de construcción de las prácticas pedagógicas en la educación infantil y en la escuela primaria para la enseñanza a distancia, resultante de la pandemia del Covid-19, vivido por siete maestras quee actúan como mentores y las características de estas prácticas. Se analizaron principalmente las tareas producidas por las maestras-mentores en la tutoría en 2020. Se tuvieron en cuenta, de forma complementaria, las conversaciones de las reuniones con el equipo de formación/investigación y los mensajes intercambiados vía WhatsApp entre las maestras y el equipo. El análisis procesual de los datos permitió identificar/comprender: i. un nuevo sentido de la práctica docente, ii. algunas características de las condiciones de trabajo de estas maestras y iii. las prácticas docentes construidas para la enseñanza a distancia.]]></p></abstract>
