O estudo teve como objetivo geral compreender o Estágio Supervisionado a partir de narrativas docentes. Tratou-se de uma investigação qualitativa, cujo método foi a pesquisa narrativa, oportunidade em que foram entrevistados quatro professores de cursos de Licenciatura em Filosofia e Música de uma universidade pública do Sul do Ceará. Outrossim, recorreu-se à Análise Textual Discursiva para analisar os dados produzidos. A partir das narrativas, foi possível reconhecer a essencialidade de uma formação pautada pelo diálogo, pela atitude de escuta e convite ao saber, aspectos estes relacionados à racionalidade crítica. Desse modo, a formação dialógica marcou presença em todo o percurso formativo da graduação, sobretudo no Estágio, até a concepção e atuação docente atual dos participantes.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT: This research dealt with the Supervised Internship, which is a theoretical-practical field of knowledge that is part of the initial training of teachers, also included in the curriculum matrix of the country's degree courses. The general aim of the study was to understand the Supervised Internship based on teachers' narratives. It was a qualitative investigation, whose method was narrative research, in which four teachers from the Philosophy and Music degree courses at a public university in the south of Ceará were interviewed. Textual Discourse Analysis was also used to analyze the data produced. Based on the narratives, it was possible to recognize the essentiality of an education based on dialogue, an attitude of listening and an invitation to know, aspects which are related to critical rationality. In this way, dialogic training was present throughout the undergraduate course, especially in the internship, right up to the participants' current conception and teaching activities.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN: Esta investigación se centró en la Pasantía Supervisada, que es un campo de conocimiento teórico-práctico que forma parte de la formación inicial de los docentes, y también está incluida en el plan de estudios de las carreras de grado del país. El objetivo general del estudio fue comprender la Pasantía Supervisada a partir de las narrativas de los docentes. Se trató de una investigación cualitativa, cuyo método fue la investigación narrativa, en la que se entrevistó a cuatro profesores de las carreras de Filosofía y Música de una universidad pública del sur de Ceará. También se utilizó el Análisis Textual del Discurso para analizar los datos producidos. A partir de las narrativas, fue posible reconocer la esencialidad de una formación basada en el diálogo, en la actitud de escucha y en la invitación a conocer, aspectos relacionados con la racionalidad crítica. De esta forma, la formación dialógica estuvo presente a lo largo del curso de licenciatura, especialmente en las prácticas, hasta la actual concepción y actividad docente de los participantes.]]></p></abstract>
