Consiste em um recorte das análises preliminares da Pesquisa &#8220;A BNCC no controle da educação pública: mecanismos neoliberais para conter as perspectivas educacionais emancipatórias,&#8221; realizada no âmbito da Rede Diversidade e Autonomia na Educação Pública - REDAP, sob a coordenação da Universidade do Estado da Bahia - UNEB, Universidade Federal de Alagoas - UFAL e Universidade Federal da Bahia - UFBA. Trata-se de uma pesquisa matricial, de abordagem qualitativa buscando compreender os efeitos da BNCC na educação pública. O procedimento metodológico foi a revisão de literatura e o levantamento de informações em plataformas e sites das fundações e institutos especialmente, os sites do Todos Pela Educação e do Movimento pela Base. O método de pesquisa é o Materialismo Histórico-Dialético orientado pela perspectiva gramsciana, a partir das categorias hegemonia, consenso e Aparelho Privado de Hegemonia - APH. Os dados preliminares apontam que os APH formam uma rede com uma variedade de ações em torno da gestão da educação e da formação continuada dos setores ligados à escola, inserindo a educação na lógica do mundo empresarial.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT: This paper analyses the participation of Private Hegemonic Apparatus on the construction of consensus over the implementation of BNCC and its articulation to keep hegemony. It is part of the first analyses of the research &#8220;The BNCC on the control of public education: neoliberal mechanisms to stop emancipatory educational perspectives&#8221;, carried out by Autonomy and Diversity Network on Public Education - REDAP, under the coordination of State University of Bahia - UNEB, Federal University of Alagoas - UFAL and Federal University of Bahia - UFBA. It is a matrix research, on a qualitative approach, seeking to understand the effects of BNCC over public education. For methodological procedures, it has been used literature review and gathering of information from websites and platforms from foundations and institutions, mainly the websites of Todos pela Educação and Movimento pela Base. The research method é the Dialectical Historical Materialism on a gramscian perspective, from the categories of hegemony, consensus and Private Hegemonic Apparatus - PHA. Preliminary data have pointed out the PHA constitute a network of different actions over the management of education and over the continuous training of sectors related to school, inserting education under the approach of business world.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN: El artículo analiza la participación de los Aparatos Privados de Hegemonía - APH en la creación de consenso en torno de la implementación de la BNCC y su articulación para mantener la hegemonía. Consiste en un avance de los análisis efectuados en la investigación titulada &#8220;La BNCC en el control de la educación pública: mecanismos neoliberales para contener las perspectivas educativas emancipatorias&#8221; realizado en el ámbito de la Red Diversidad y Autonomía en la Educación Pública -REDAP-, bajo la coordinación de la Universidad del Estado de Bahía - UNEB, Universidad Federal de Alagoas - UFAL y Universidad Federal de Bahía - UFBA. Trata de una investigación matricial, cualitativa, que busca comprender los efectos de la BNCC en la educación pública. El procedimiento metodológico consistió en la revisión de literatura y el levantamiento de información en plataformas y páginas electrónicas de fundaciones e institutos, especialmente, de las páginas web de Todos por la Educación y Movimiento por la Base. El método de investigación correspondió al Materialismo Histórico Dialéctico, orientado por la perspectiva gramsciana, a partir de las categorías de hegemonía, consenso y Aparatos Privados de Hegemonía -APH. Los datos preliminares apuntan que los APH forman una red con una variedad de acciones en torno de la gestión de la educación y de la formación continuada de los sectores vinculados a la escuela, impulsando la lógica del mundo empresarial en la educación.]]></p></abstract>
