O objetivo foi sistematizar os principais problemas educacionais do período pandêmico que acarretaram maior precarização do trabalho docente e esgotamento nos professores apontados pela literatura científica na Web of Science (2019-2023). Desenvolveu-se uma pesquisa qualitativa, do tipo revisão de escopo, que utilizou a literatura publicada em acesso aberto na Web of Science como objeto de estudo. Noventa documentos foram organizados no protocolo Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses, dos quais 27 foram processados no Interface de R pour les Analyses Multidimensionnelles de Textes et de Questionnaires. Da análise emergiram cinco categorias temáticas: metodologia de estudo; variedade de recursos; características docentes; exaustão emocional vs. satisfação com o trabalho; e situações relacionadas ao trabalho. Elucidou-se que a escassez de recursos para o trabalho docente, associada a particularidades da personalidade, piora os níveis de burnout, mas tal síndrome é multicausal, portanto sua prevenção e controle requisitam medidas amplas a nível local e decisório que reverberem em valorização docente. A relevância do estudo consiste na sistematização dos problemas relatados em estudos científicos para subsidiar uma análise propositiva de políticas públicas.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT: The research deals with the educational problems caused by the health crisis caused by Covid-19, especially regarding Burnout and the precariousness of teachers' work. The objective was to systematize the main educational problems of the pandemic period that led to greater precariousness of teaching work and burnout in teachers pointed out by the scientific literature on the Web of Science (2019-2023). A qualitative scoping review was carried out, using the literature published in open access on Web of Science as the object of study. Ninety documents were organized in the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses protocol, of which 27 were processed in the R Interface for Multidimensional Text and Questionnaire Analyses. Five thematic categories emerged from the analysis: study methodology; variety of resources; teacher characteristics; emotional exhaustion vs. job satisfaction; and work-related situations. It emerged that the scarcity of resources for teaching work, associated with personality traits, worsens burnout levels, but this syndrome is multi-causal, so its prevention and control require broad measures at local and decision-making level, which reverberate in teacher appreciation. The relevance of this study lies in the systematization of the problems reported in scientific studies to support a propositional analysis of public policies.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Esta investigación aborda los problemas educativos causados por la crisis sanitaria provocada por el Covid-19, especialmente en lo que se refiere al burnout y a la precarización del trabajo docente. El objetivo fue sistematizar los principales problemas educativos del período pandémico que han llevado a una mayor precarización del trabajo docente y al burnout de los profesores, identificados en la literatura científica en la Web of Science (2019-2023). Se realizó una revisión cualitativa de alcance, utilizando como objeto de estudio la literatura publicada en acceso abierto en Web of Science. Noventa documentos fueron organizados en el protocolo Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses, de los cuales 27 fueron procesados en el R Interface for Multidimensional Text and Questionnaire Analyses.
