Privilegiou-se, como elemento de análise, a presença de novas mídias no mundo contemporâneo, as quais têm incidido significativamente na forma como alunos e alunas elaboram suas identidades e se relacionam com informações e saberes. Para tanto, perspectivas teóricas sociológicas, psicossociais e educacionais foram utilizadas, tecendo-se um cenário que apresenta dilemas e perspectivas na relação de jovens e adolescentes contemporâneos com as práticas de escolarização que ainda se presentificam nas escolas de ensino médio. Os autores concluem que a escolarização, nesta etapa do ensino, para ser efetivada, não poderá ignorar as novas configurações subjetivas desses sujeitos e as novas mídias utilizadas por eles, o que vem a gerar nova demanda educacional para atuais e futuros professores.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[In this paper, the authors inquire about the new forms of subjectivity engendered in the contemporary scene and which has had repercussions on the relationship of adolescents and young subjects with high school. As part of the analysis, we focused on the presence of new media in the contemporary world, which have focused significantly on how boys and girls develop their identity and relate to information and knowledge. To that end, sociological theoretical perspectives, psychosocial and educational needs were used, weaving a scenario that presents dilemmas and prospects for young people and teenagers with contemporary practices of schooling that are still present in high school. The authors conclude that for schooling, at this stage of education, to be effected, it cannot ignore the new subjective configurations of these subjects and the new media used by them, which generates new demands for education for current and future teachers.]]></p></abstract>
