Qual a import&#226;ncia de incluir esse alunado no contexto escolar? &#201; poss&#237;vel incluir todas as crian&#231;as? Com base em pressupostos da Teoria Hist&#243;rico-Cultural, essas quest&#245;es s&#227;o pensadas sob a premissa de que a aprendizagem adequadamente organizada resulta em desenvolvimento. Trata-se de uma pesquisa te&#243;rica, na qual tra&#231;amos um panorama hist&#243;rico da educa&#231;&#227;o de pessoas com transtornos, buscando estabelecer uma rela&#231;&#227;o entre psicologia, educa&#231;&#227;o e inclus&#227;o. Conclu&#237;mos que avan&#231;amos quanto aos aspectos normativos que garantem o acesso dos alunos com transtornos &#224;s classes comuns do ensino regular, mas h&#225; um longo caminho para a constru&#231;&#227;o de uma escola realmente inclusiva, com pr&#225;ticas educativas voltadas para o m&#225;ximo desenvolvimento do potencial desses alunos.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Based on classroom experiences with non-Euclidean Geometry, a relevant potential element Current investigation describes and reflects on the limitations and possibilities of inclusive education by its foregrounding on Psychology and discusses aspects related to teaching, learning and development of students with disorders. Is it relevant to include these students within the school context? Is it possible to include these children? Based on the Historical and Cultural Theory, the issues involve the premise that a properly organized learning produces development. Current paper deals with a theoretical research in which we provide a historical outline of the education of people with disorders and establish a relationship between Psychology, Education and Inclusion. Results show that we have made a lot of progress with regard to normative aspects that warrant the access of students with disorder to regular schooling. However, the construction of a really inclusive school, featuring educational practices for the maximum development of the students&#180; capacities, is still a long way off.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[En el presente texto, buscamos se&#241;alar y reflexionar sobre algunos l&#237;mites y posibilidades de la educaci&#243;n inclusiva con base en fundamentos de la psicolog&#237;a, discutiendo aspectos relacionados a la ense&#241;anza, al aprendizaje y al desarrollo de alumnos con trastornos. &#191;Cu&#225;l la importancia de incluir este alumnado en el contexto escolar? &#191;Es posible incluir a todos los ni&#241;os? Con base en presupuestos de la Teor&#237;a Hist&#243;rico-Cultural, estas cuestiones son pensadas bajo la premisa de que el aprendizaje adecuadamente organizado resulta en desarrollo. Se trata de una investigaci&#243;n te&#243;rica, en la cual planteamos un panorama hist&#243;rico de la educaci&#243;n de personas con trastornos, buscando establecer una relaci&#243;n entre psicolog&#237;a, educaci&#243;n e inclusi&#243;n. Concluimos que avanzamos en cuanto a los aspectos normativos que garantizan el acceso de los alumnos con trastornos a las aulas comunes de la ense&#241;anza regular, aunque haya un largo camino para la construcci&#243;n de una escuela realmente inclusiva, con pr&#225;cticas educativas dirigidas para el desarrollo m&#225;ximo del potencial de estos alumnos.]]></p></abstract>
