Em seguida, analisamos os desdobramentos do pensamento libertário em certas práticas de educação contemporânea, dando destaque para as bases conceituais dessas experiências ancoradas no conceito de autogestão. Por fim, problematizamos os deslocamentos em torno do conceito de autogestão, conforme proposto pelo pensamento libertário, e examinamos as capturas em torno deste conceito exercidas pelo neoliberalismo e pelo conservadorismo religioso, expressas nas propostas do homeschooling e um prolongamento deste pensamento conservador que é o projeto de lei Escola Sem Partido e todo o movimento político e social que insiste na regulamentação dessa modalidade de ensino no Brasil.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Movilizado por los cuestionamientos referentes a los intereses del estado en la implantación de los sistemas educativos, este artículo tiene como objetivo hacer un recorrido por algunos hechos históricos de la educación libertaria y presentar las tensiones alrededor de su organización en Brasil a finales del siglo XIX y al inicio del siglo XX. A continuación, analizamos ciertas derivaciones prácticas del pensamiento libertario en ciertas prácticas de la educación contemporánea, especialmente las bases conceptuales de estas experiencias ancladas en el concepto de la autogestión. Finalmente, problematizamos las dislocaciones alrededor el concepto de la autogestión, según lo propuesto por el pensamiento libertario, y examinamos las capturas en torno de este concepto ejercidas por el neoliberalismo y el conservadorismo religioso, las que se expresan en las ofertas de homeschooling y una prolongación de este pensamiento conservador que es el proyecto de ley escuela sin partido y todo el movimiento político y social que insiste en la reglamentación de esta modalidad de educación en Brasil.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract Driven by questionings concerning the interests of the State in the implementation of education systems, we intend to cover some historical facts of the libertarian education and to present the tensions around its organization in Brazil in late 19th century XIX and early 20th century. Next, we analyze the developments of libertarian thinking in certain contemporary education practices, highlighting the conceptual bases of these experiences anchored in the concept of self-management. Finally, we problematize on developments around the concept of self-management as postulated by libertarian thinking, and we analyze how neoliberalism and religious conservatism capture this concept, which can be identified in homeschooling propositions, along with an extension of this thinking which is the school without party bill and all the political and social movements insisting on the regulation of this education modality in Brazil.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="fr"><p><![CDATA[Résumé Mobilisé par des questions sur les intérêts de l'État dans la mise en &#339;uvre des systèmes d'enseignement, cet article vise à couvrir quelques faits historiques de l'éducation libertaire et à présenter les tensions autour de son organisation au Brésil à la fin du 19e siècle et au début du 20e siècle. Ensuite, nous analysons le déroulement de la pensée libertaire dans certaines pratiques éducatives contemporaines, en mettant en évidence les bases conceptuelles de ces expériences ancrées dans le concept d'autogestion. Enfin, nous problématisons les glissements autour du concept d'autogestion, tel que proposé par la pensée libertaire, et examinons les prises autour de ce concept exercé par le néolibéralisme et le conservatisme religieux, exprimé dans les propositions de l&#8217;école à domicile et une extension de cette pensée conservatrice qu'est le projet de loi école sans parti et tout le mouvement politique et social qui insiste sur la régulation de ce type d'éducation au Brésil.]]></p></abstract>
