Discuto a concepção democrática presente na Meta 19 do PNE 2014-2025, que revela importante ênfase neoliberal em que acentua a necessidade de associa a gestão democrática da educação a critérios técnicos de mérito e desempenho, presente na concepção pós-democrática. Assim, acato a proposta da CONAE-2024 onde caracteriza a gestão democrática na escola.]]></p></abstract>
