Na tessitura desta escrita tomamos algumas questões: quais saberes são necessários para enfrentar os nossos problemas atuais, num contexto social complexo em que se está redefinindo o humano e o seu papel em relação com o planeta e com o outro? Mediante as emergências climáticas e ambientais, como pensar o humano e sua educação? Como incluir as tecnologias digitais nesse cenário? Como propósito, colocamos saberes em movimento, com vistas a fazer emergir princípios para repensar a ação educativa e, em especial, a constituição do sujeito professor, que é um dos pilares para as transformações necessárias. No fluir de nossas reflexões oferecemos pistas, possibilidades e caminhos para ações educativas na docência no Ensino Superior, ancoradas no respeito mútuo, na solidariedade e no diálogo, onde o processo de conhecer surge na convivência pacífica e humanizadora. Preconizamos, no decorrer do texto, que precisamos nos transformar em formadores que transformam. Evidenciamos a urgência de redimensionarmos nossas ações educativas e formadoras a fim de criar ecologias de aprendizagem, com potencial para que a construção de saberes aconteça a partir de práticas educativas transformadoras do ser, na experiência do estar juntos em parceria, e que promovam o desenvolvimento humano em sua plenitude. Inferimos que, para isso acontecer, é preciso revisar nossas crenças e nossas formas de ser e estar na jornada humana, e enfrentar juntos a atual crise social e ambiental que nos acomete.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT We present a theoretical essay articulating the knowledge of researchers who discuss the demands of the contemporary context linked to the area of Education. We ask ourselves a few questions: what knowledge is needed to deal with our current problems, in a social context in which we are redefining the human person and their role in relation to the planet and the other humans? In the face of climate and environmental emergencies, how should we think about humans and their education? How can digital technologies be included in this scenario? We consider knowledge in movement, with a view to bringing out principles for rethinking educational action and the teacher formation, which is one of the pillars for transformations. We offer clues, possibilities and paths for educational actions in teaching in Higher Education, anchored in mutual respect, solidarity and dialogue, where knowing emerges in peaceful and humanizing coexistence. We suggest that we need to transform ourselves into educators who transform. We highlight the urgent need to re-dimension our educational and training actions in order to create learning ecologies, with the potential for the construction of knowledge, based on educational practices that transform, in the experience of being together in partnership, and that promote human development in all its fullness. In order for this to happen, we need to review our beliefs and our ways of being on the human journey, and face the current social and environmental crisis that is affecting us together.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN Presentamos un ensayo teórico que articula los saberes de investigadores que discuten las demandas del contexto contemporáneo vinculadas al área de Educación. En este ensayo, nos planteamos algunas preguntas: ¿qué saberes son necesarios para enfrentar nuestros problemas actuales en un contexto social complejo en el que estamos redefiniendo a la persona humana y su papel en relación con el planeta y el otro? Ante las emergencias climáticas y medioambientales, ¿cómo debemos pensar a las personas y su educación? ¿Cómo pueden incluirse las tecnologías digitales en este escenario? Consideramos el conocimiento en movimiento, con vistas a sacar principios para repensar la acción educativa y, en particular, la constitución del sujeto docente, uno de los pilares para las transformaciones necesarias. En el fluir de nuestras reflexiones, ofrecemos pistas, posibilidades y caminos para acciones educativas en la Educación Superior, ancladas en el respeto mutuo, la solidaridad y el diálogo, donde el proceso de conocer emerge en convivencia pacífica y humanizadora. Enfatizamos que necesitamos transformarnos en educadores transformadores. Enfatizamos la urgencia de redimensionar nuestras acciones educativas y formativas para crear ecologías de aprendizaje, con potencial para que la construcción del conocimiento tenga lugar a partir de prácticas educativas que transformen el ser, en la experiencia de estar juntos en colaboración, y que promuevan el desarrollo humano en toda su plenitud. Deducimos que para que esto ocurra, necesitamos revisar nuestras creencias y nuestras formas de ser y estar en el camino humano, y enfrentarnos juntos a la actual crisis social y ambiental que nos afecta.]]></p></abstract>
