Este artigo objetiva socializar a experiência vivenciada no Curso de Aperfeiçoamento em Educação do Campo: práticas pedagógicas, Ação Escola da Terra, ocorrido no ano de 2021, no município de Manicoré, no Estado do Amazonas, que se realizou com a Pedagogia da Alternância e o Puxirum, enquanto estratégia formativa de escuta e dialógica, segundo o legado freireano. O Puxirum, especialmente, fortaleceu a organização do trabalho pedagógico em diálogo com a universidade, a coordenação pedagógica do município e com as comunidades locais, afirmando o diálogo de saberes científicos e tradicionais nos processos de formação de professoras e professores.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT The struggles for Rural Education have problematized the State's actions, demanding the formulation and implementation of policies and processes for educating teachers of Basic Education in dialogue with the specificities and sociocultural and territorial diversity of the peoples of the countryside, rivers and forests, for a teacher educating referenced with the principles of Rural Education and human emancipation. This article aims to socialize the experience lived in the Improvement Course in Rural Education: pedagogical practices, Escola da Terra Action, held in 2021, in the municipality of Manicoré, in the Amazon State, which was carried out with the Pedagogy of Alternation and Puxirum, as a educating strategy of listening and dialogic, according to the Freirean legacy. Puxirum, in particular, strengthened the organization of pedagogical work in dialogue with the university, the pedagogical coordination of the municipality and with local communities, affirming the dialogue of scientific and traditional knowledge in the processes of educating teachers.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN Las luchas por la Educación del Campo han problematizado la acción del Estado, exigiendo la formulación e implementación de políticas y procesos de formación de docentes de Educación Básica en diálogo con las especificidades y la diversidad sociocultural y territorial de los pueblos del campo, de las aguas y de los bosques, para una formación docente referenciada con los principios de la Educación del Campo y la emancipación humana. Este artículo tiene como objetivo compartir la experiencia del Curso Educación Continua: prácticas pedagógicas, acción Escuela de la Tierra, realizado en 2021, en el municipio de Manicoré, en el Estado de Amazonas, que se realizó con la Pedagogía de la Alternancia y Puxirum, como estrategia de formación de escucha y dialógica, según el legado freireano. Puxirum, en particular, fortaleció la organización del trabajo pedagógico en diálogo con la universidad, la coordinación pedagógica del municipio y con las comunidades locales, afirmando el diálogo de conocimientos científicos y tradicionales en los procesos de formación docente.]]></p></abstract>
