Nesses cursos, o educador vislumbrou a possibilidade de enfatizar a arte e a cultura na forma&#231;&#227;o do professor, em duas frentes: a dos professores envolvidos nas atividades cotidianas e a das lideran&#231;as educacionais respons&#225;veis pelo planejamento da a&#231;&#227;o dos primeiros. Assim, com base nas contribui&#231;&#245;es de Bourdieu sobre trajet&#243;ria e campo, buscou-se, por meio da an&#225;lise das fontes, identificar as mudan&#231;as e as perman&#234;ncias do pensamento educacional de Pilotto durante seu deslocamento entre o magist&#233;rio e a gest&#227;o p&#250;blica.]]></p></abstract>

<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen:  La presente investigaci&#243;n tiene como objetivo analizar las concepciones pedag&#243;gicas del intelectual y educador Erasmo Pilotto, que orientaron el desarrollo de los Cursos Normales Regionales (1949-1951), implantados a lo largo de su actuaci&#243;n como Secretario de la Educaci&#243;n. Por medio de esos cursos, el educador vislumbr&#243; la posibilidad de enfatizar el arte y la cultura en la formaci&#243;n del profesor, en dos frentes: el de los profesores involucrados en las actividades cotidianas y el de los liderazgos educacionales responsables por la planificaci&#243;n de la acci&#243;n de los primeros. As&#237;, apoyado en las contribuciones de Bourdieu sobre trayectoria y campo, se busc&#243;, por medio del an&#225;lisis de fuentes, identificar los cambios y las permanencias del pensamiento educacional de Pilotto a lo largo de su desplazamiento entre el magisterio y el trabajo como gestor p&#250;blico.]]></p></abstract>
