A pesquisa em quest&#227;o, em desenvolvimento em uma institui&#231;&#227;o de educa&#231;&#227;o n&#227;o formal, objetivou, por meio da organiza&#231;&#227;o de um espa&#231;o coletivo de interlocu&#231;&#227;o entre os educadores e pesquisadores de uma universidade local, promover reflex&#245;es acerca das pr&#225;ticas desenvolvidas pelos educadores junto a crian&#231;as que apresentavam aprendizagem e intera&#231;&#227;o diferenciadas, investigando o car&#225;ter formativo da participa&#231;&#227;o dos educadores neste grupo de discuss&#227;o e reflex&#227;o. O encaminhamento metodol&#243;gico dirige-se tanto &#224; investiga&#231;&#227;o como a um processo de forma&#231;&#227;o profissional, buscando-se, nesse caso, o envolvimento e participa&#231;&#227;o dos educadores nas a&#231;&#245;es da pesquisa. Os primeiros resultados indicam uma amplia&#231;&#227;o da perspectiva que os educadores tinham acerca da atua&#231;&#227;o profissional, o que tem propiciado que percebam e envolvam outros elementos no seu fazer. Nesse contexto, as narrativas escritas t&#234;m sido empregadas como elemento de reflex&#227;o e os educadores t&#234;m realizado seus primeiros escritos.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT The current socio-educational context indicates the need for reflection and change in order to consider the diversity of children and young people present in schools and other educational institutions, for whom the great national project of building inclusive education must respond. The research in question is being developed in a non-formal educational institution. Through the organization of a collective space for dialogue between educators and researchers from a local university, it sought to promote reflections on the practices developed by educators with children with differentiated learning and interaction, investigating the educational character of educators participating this discussion and reflection group. The methodological process addresses both the research and the training process, thus observing the involvement and participation of educators in the research&#8217;s actions. The first results indicate the educator&#8217;s broadening perspective about their professional performance, which has allowed them to identify and involve other elements in their work. In this context, the written narratives have been employed as a reflection element and educators have started their own writings.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN El contexto socio-educativo actual indica la necesidad de reflexi&#243;n y el cambio con el fin de tener en cuenta la diversidad de los ni&#241;os y j&#243;venes presentes en las escuelas y otras instituciones educativas, para quien el gran proyecto nacional de construcci&#243;n de la educaci&#243;n inclusiva debe responder. La investigaci&#243;n en cuesti&#243;n se desarroll&#243; en una instituci&#243;n de educaci&#243;n no formal, con el objetivo de, a trav&#233;s de la organizaci&#243;n de un espacio colectivo para el di&#225;logo entre educadores e investigadores de una universidad local, promover la reflexi&#243;n sobre las pr&#225;cticas desarrolladas por los educadores con los ni&#241;os que ten&#237;an el aprendizaje y interacci&#243;n diferenciadas, investigando el car&#225;cter educativo de la participaci&#243;n de los educadores en este grupo de discusi&#243;n y reflexi&#243;n. El proceso metodol&#243;gico se dirige tanto a la investigaci&#243;n como a un proceso de formaci&#243;n, buscando en este caso la implicaci&#243;n y participaci&#243;n de los educadores en la b&#250;squeda de acciones. Los primeros resultados indican expansi&#243;n de la perspectiva que ten&#237;an los educadores sobre el desempe&#241;o profesional, lo que les ha permitido percibir e inserir otros elementos en su trabajo. En este contexto, se utilizaron las narrativas escritas como elemento de reflexi&#243;n y los educadores han realizado sus primeros escritos.]]></p></abstract>
