Nesse sentido, a pouca oferta de uma forma&#231;&#227;o pedag&#243;gica para esse n&#237;vel de ensino tem nos induzido a refletir sobre a aprendizagem da doc&#234;ncia como um processo em constru&#231;&#227;o ao longo da carreira, comportando movimentos construtivos e ambi&#234;ncia positiva. Assim, a discuss&#227;o aqui apresentada envolve o relato de tr&#234;s experi&#234;ncias de observa&#231;&#227;o em classes de ensino realizadas numa Institui&#231;&#227;o de Ensino Superior Comunit&#225;ria da cidade de Santa Maria-RS. Para tanto, os objetivos do trabalho foram: compreender os percursos vinculados &#224;s trajet&#243;rias formativas e analisar os aspectos profissionais, pessoais e institucionais empregados no desenvolvimento profissional que incidiram na aprendizagem da doc&#234;ncia. Ademais, como instrumentos de pesquisa, foram utilizados entrevistas e o memorial descritivo, considerando a abordagem investigativa de cunho narrativo e a perspectiva textual discursiva como o alicerce para a an&#225;lise das vozes dos docentes. Nessa medida, compreendemos que a atividade de narrar as trajet&#243;rias formativas &#233; capaz de produzir, no docente, uma atividade reflexiva indispens&#225;vel &#224; constitui&#231;&#227;o do ser professor, tendo em vista que o conhecimento adv&#233;m da experi&#234;ncia, integrando a epistemologia da pr&#225;tica. Dessa forma, o resgate da trajet&#243;ria formativa traz &#224; tona o movimento construtivo dessa nova identidade, &#8220;tornar-se professor universit&#225;rio&#8221;, considerando a transi&#231;&#227;o de profissionais da educa&#231;&#227;o para docentes em forma&#231;&#227;o e constru&#231;&#227;o de uma autonomia profissional.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT Higher education professors face great challenges regarding training to perform such professional activity. The absence of a specific pedagogical training intended for this teaching level has induced us to reflect about learning to be a professor as a process in construction throughout the career, which includes constructive movements and positive ambience. This discussion involves an experience report of three observations of classes carried out in a Higher Education Community Institution in Santa Maria-RS. The aims of the study were: to comprehend the pathways involved in the training trajectories and to analyze the professional, personal and institutional aspects employed in the professional development, focused on learning to teach. The research instruments were interviews and the descriptive memorial, considering the narrative investigative approach and the discursive textual perspective as foundation for analysis of the narratives of the professors. We understand that the activity of narrating the training trajectories may produce, as regards the professor, a reflexive activity, imperative to the constitution of being-a-professor, considering knowledge emerges from experience, integrating epistemology of the practice. Therefore, the remembrance of the training trajectory enables the emergence of the constructive movement of this new identity, &#8220;being-a-university-professor&#8221;, considering the transition of education professionals towards professors in training process and construction of professional autonomy.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN En el contexto actual, los profesores de la Ense&#241;anza Superior enfrentan grandes desaf&#237;os en cuanto a la formaci&#243;n para el ejercicio de esa actividad profesional. En ese sentido, la escasa oferta de una formaci&#243;n pedag&#243;gica para ese nivel de ense&#241;anza nos ha inducido a reflexionar sobre el aprendizaje de la docencia como un proceso en construcci&#243;n a lo largo de la carrera, admitiendo movimientos constructivos y ambientaci&#243;n positiva. As&#237;, la discusi&#243;n que aqu&#237; se presenta involucra el relato de tres experiencias de observaci&#243;n en niveles de ense&#241;anza realizados en una Instituci&#243;n de Ense&#241;anza Superior Comunitaria de la ciudad de Santa Maria-RS. Para ello, los objetivos del trabajo fueron: comprender los caminos vinculados a las trayectorias formativas y analizar los aspectos profesionales, personales e institucionales empleados en el desarrollo profesional que incidieron en el aprendizaje de la docencia. Adem&#225;s, como instrumentos de investigaci&#243;n, se utilizaron entrevistas y el memorial descriptivo, considerando el abordaje investigativo de car&#225;cter narrativo y la perspectiva textual discursiva como base para el an&#225;lisis de las voces de los docentes. En esa medida, comprendemos que la tarea de narrar las trayectorias formativas es capaz de producir, en el docente, una actividad reflexiva indispensable a la constituci&#243;n del ser profesor, llevando en cuenta que el conocimiento emerge de la experiencia, integrando la epistemolog&#237;a de la pr&#225;ctica. De esa forma, el rescate de la trayectoria formativa revela el movimiento constructivo de esa nueva identidad, &#8220;volverse profesor universitario&#8221;, al considerar la transici&#243;n de profesionales de la educaci&#243;n a docentes en formaci&#243;n y construcci&#243;n de una autonom&#237;a profesional.]]></p></abstract>
