En las entrevistas abiertas de colaboradores de Iberoamerica se evidencia el irrespeto a la condición humana, que es contra de la vida en las políticas públicas y la escueta atención a tales temas en la educación. Aún pese al paso de la colonización esta instaurada la colonialidad global. En el artículo, se promueve la concientización en profesionales y la atención al concepto complejo de condición humana. En la relación compleja: naturaleza-cuerpo-mente-alma-espíritu-Dios que define al ser humano debemos provocar una conexión especial que le haga volcarnos a entender la condición humana.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: The complex research objective of analyzing educational public policies in Latin America and the human condition is fulfilled, under a rhizomatic transmethod analysis with critical discourse analysis in a planetary decolonial inquiry. In the open interviews with collaborators from Iberoamerica, the disrespect for the human condition is evident, which is against life in public policies and the brief attention to such issues in education. Even despite the passage of colonization, global coloniality is established. In the article, awareness is promoted in professionals and attention to the complex concept of the human condition. In the complex relationship: nature-body-mind-soul-spirit-God that defines the human being, we must provoke a special connection that makes us turn to understand the human condition.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[Resumo: Cumpre-se o complexo objetivo de pesquisa de analisar as políticas públicas educacionais na América Latina e a condição humana, sob uma análise transmétodo rizomática com análise crítica do discurso em uma investigação decolonial planetária. Nas entrevistas abertas com colaboradores da Iberoamérica fica evidente o desrespeito à condição humana, que se opõe à vida nas políticas públicas e a pouca atenção a tais questões na educação. Mesmo com a passagem da colonização, a colonialidade global está estabelecida. No artigo, promove-se nos profissionais a conscientização e atenção ao complexo conceito da condição humana. Na complexa relação: natureza-corpo-mente-alma-espírito-Deus que define o ser humano, devemos provocar uma ligação especial que nos faz voltar a compreender a condição humana.]]></p></abstract>
