O objetivo deste estudo é analisar trabalhos que discutem sobre a formação continuada do Gestor Escolar, identificando as lacunas na legislação e perspectivas sobre o futuro do tema. Para tanto, realizou-se uma Revisão Sistemática da Literatura, proposta por Kitchenham e Charters (2007), de natureza qualitativa e bibliográfica. Constatou-se que a formação deve ser ampla e diversificada. Verificou-se a necessidade de expansão das ações e políticas de formação, com previsão de grandes avanços no campo das tecnologias digitais e observaram-se lacunas legais relacionadas à temática.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The contemporary School Manager operates in a context of democratization, innovation and global realignment of education and they are constantly required to acquire new knowledge and skills, which requires extensive training. The objective of this study is to analyze works that discuss the continuing education of the School Manager, identifying gaps in legislation and perspectives on the future of the subject. Therefore, a Systematic Literature Review was carried out, proposed by Kitchenham and Charters (2007), of a qualitative and bibliographical nature. It is evidenced that training should be broad and diversified. There was a need to expand actions and training policies, with the prediction of great advances in the field of digital technologies and legal gaps related to the theme were observed.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen El Director Escolar contemporáneo actúa en un contexto de democratización, innovación y realineamiento global de la educación y se le exige constantemente adquirir nuevos conocimientos y habilidades, lo que requiere una amplia formación. El objetivo de este estudio es analizar trabajos que discutan la formación contínua de los Gestores Escolares, identificando lagunas en la legislación y perspectivas sobre el futuro del tema. Para ello, se llevó a cabo una Revisión Sistemática de la Literatura, propuesta por Kitchenham y Charters (2007), de carácter cualitativo y bibliográfico. Se constató que la formación debe ser amplia y diversificada. Se verificó la necesidad de ampliar las acciones y políticas de formación, con el pronóstico de grandes avances en el campo de las tecnologías digitales, y se observaron vacíos en la legislación que reglamenta el tema.]]></p></abstract>
