Tem como objetivo contribuir com as discussões sobre formas de internacionalização da educação básica, com o propósito de destacar suas manifestações e expressões no ensino médio, à luz do materialismo histórico e dialético. Parte-se da análise documental para apreender na produção científica, na legislação educacional e no empréstimo aprovado entre Banco Mundial e Brasil para implementação do Novo Ensino Médio &#8211; Lei nº 13.415/2017, os artifícios que encobrem os interesses dos governos e agentes externos. Constatam-se alinhamentos e estreita vinculação entre proposições dos organismos internacionais e do governo federal para a educação básica, e que a atuação de empresas, fundações e institutos privados ocultam formas de privatização, diluem direitos sociais e favorecem os imperativos da acumulação capitalista.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This article situates the World Bank and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development as prophets of a kind internationalization and seeks to demonstrate their convergence with policies for public basic education in Brazil. Its aim is to contribute to discussions on forms of internationalization of basic education, with the aim of emphasizing its manifestations and expressions in secondary education, in the light of historical and dialectical materialism. Documentary analysis is used to understand in scientific studies, educational legislation and the loan approved between the World Bank and Brazil to implement the new secondary education system - Law No. 13.415/2017 - the artifices that conceal the interests of governments and external agents. The proposals of international organizations and the federal government for basic education are aligned and closely linked, and the work of private companies, foundations and institutes conceals forms of privatization, dilutes social rights and favours the imperatives of capitalist accumulation.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Este artículo sitúa al Banco Mundial y a la Organización para la Cooperación y el Desarrollo Económico como profetas de un tipo de internacionalización y busca destacar las convergencias con las políticas para la educación básica pública en Brasil. Su objetivo es contribuir a los debates sobre las formas de internacionalización de la educación básica, con el fin de destacar sus manifestaciones y expresiones en la enseñanza media, a la luz del materialismo histórico y dialéctico. Parte del análisis de documentos para comprender en la producción científica, en la legislación educativa y en el préstamo aprobado entre el Banco Mundial y Brasil para implementar el nuevo sistema de enseñanza media - Ley nº 13.415/2017 - los artificios que encubren los intereses de gobiernos y agentes externos.
