Tratou-se de uma pesquisa de caráter documental fundamentada pelos pressupostos teórico-metodológicos de Shiroma, Campos e Garcia (2005). Por meio da análise do discurso, foi possível identificar que o Projeto Principal de Educação influenciou a construção da política educacional brasileira com alguns princípios, tais como: a gestão financeira da educação, o aluno como protagonista no processo de ensino-aprendizagem e o desenvolvimento de habilidades para atender às demandas do mercado de trabalho.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This article aimed to analyze the newsletters released by Unesco/Orealc between 1982 and 1999, to guide the Main Education Project and the curriculum reform in Latin America, particularly the BNCC, in Brazil. It was a documentary research based on the theoretical and methodological framework of Shiroma, Campos and Garcia (2005). Through discourse analysis, it was possible to pinpoint the influence of the Main Education Project on shaping Brazilian educational policy with some principles, such as the financial management within education, students as protagonists in the teaching-learning process and the development of skills to meet the demands of the labor market.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Este artículo tuvo como objetivo analizar los boletines publicados por Unesco/Orealc entre 1982 y 1999, con el fin de orientar el Proyecto Principal de Educación y la reforma curricular en América Latina, específicamente la BNCC de Brasil. Se trató de una investigación documental basada en los supuestos teórico-metodológicos de Shiroma, Campos y García (2005). A través del análisis del discurso, se logró identificar que el Proyecto Principal de Educación influyó en la construcción de la política educativa brasileña con algunos principios, como la gestión financiera de la educación, el alumno como protagonista en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje y el desarrollo de competencias para atender a las demandas del mercado laboral.]]></p></abstract>
