A pesquisa qualitativa foi realizada através da análise do PPP da instituição e de entrevistas semiestruturadas realizadas com professoras da UEI. Os resultados demonstram o movimento que a UEI realizou para a (re)construção do PPP, observando as limitações e potencialidades da BNCC. Conclui-se que a adequação do PPP buscou valorizar o protagonismo infantil a partir de uma interpretação da BNCC, que não restringe as especificidades da Educação Infantil.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This article aims to discuss the challenges encountered in the implementation of the BNCC in an early childhood education unit located in a public institution of higher education. The qualitative research was carried out through the analysis of the institution's PPP and semi-structured interviews with UEI teachers. The results demonstrate the movement that the UEI carried out for the (re)construction of the PPP, observing the limitations and potentialities of the BNCC. It is concluded that the adequacy of the PPP sought to value children's protagonism based on an interpretation of the BNCC, which does not restrict the specificities of Early Childhood Education.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Este artículo tiene como objetivo discutir los desafíos encontrados en la implementación de la BNCC en una unidad de educación infantil ubicada en una institución pública de educación superior. La investigación cualitativa se llevó a cabo mediante el análisis del PPP de la institución y entrevistas semiestructuradas a docentes de la UEI. Los resultados demuestran el movimiento que la UEI realizó para la (re)construcción del PPP, observando las limitaciones y potencialidades del BNCC. Se concluye que la adecuación del PPP buscó valorar el protagonismo de los niños a partir de una interpretación de la BNCC, que no restringe las especificidades de la Educación Infantil.]]></p></abstract>
