Entretanto, que a&#231;&#245;es reflexivas s&#227;o poss&#237;veis em ambientes de forma&#231;&#227;o continuada? Na tentativa de dialogar sobre essa quest&#227;o e inserido na vertente do profissional reflexivo, o presente texto prop&#245;e apresentar o contexto de um curso de forma&#231;&#227;o continuada desenvolvido por uma Prefeitura Municipal do Estado de S&#227;o Paulo. Intitulado &#8220;Do Planejamento ao Registro: as implica&#231;&#245;es dessas pr&#225;ticas para/no cotidiano da Educa&#231;&#227;o Infantil&#8221;, esse curso buscou dialogar sobre diferentes pr&#225;ticas pedag&#243;gicas e, al&#233;m disso, promover trocas de experi&#234;ncia e reflex&#227;o; e elaborar e registrar, com narrativas, as atividades que poderiam ser desenvolvidas no ambiente educacional com crian&#231;as pequenas. A reflex&#227;o, neste texto, parte da rela&#231;&#227;o estabelecida entre experi&#234;ncia vivida e contada nesse curso, num caminho tamb&#233;m apoiado por referenciais te&#243;ricos.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: Reflection has become an important task in teacher preparation and in the training of other professionals in education such as counselors, principals, Child Education teachers. What reflective actions, however, are possible in on-going education settings? In an attempt to deal with this issue, and whithin the realm of the reflexive professional, this article presents the context of a on-going education program developed by a City Council in the State of S&#227;o Paulo. Called &#8220;From Planning to Note-taking: the implications of these practices for/in the quotidian of Child Education&#8221;, this course aimed at discussing different pedagogical practices and promoting the sharing of experiences and reflection; and it was also designed to train the writing, in narratives, of the activities that could be developed in the education of young children. Reflection, in this article, is part of the established and shared relations presented in the course, in a production sustained by theoretical references.]]></p></abstract>
