O estudo foi realizado na Federa&#231;&#227;o de &#211;rg&#227;os para Assist&#234;ncia Social e Educacional, FASE, mediante o enfoque do Curso Capacita&#231;&#227;o de Agentes Sociais e Conselheiros Municipais, e no Instituto Ayrton Senna, a partir da abordagem do Programa Gest&#227;o Nota 10. O referencial te&#243;rico utilizado no estudo enfatizou a dimens&#227;o pol&#237;tica que os espa&#231;os n&#227;o formais de ensino podem assumir sem defender a diminui&#231;&#227;o do papel do Estado na oferta da educa&#231;&#227;o p&#250;blica. As reflex&#245;es respaldam a concep&#231;&#227;o de gest&#227;o democr&#225;tica adotada no texto. O estudo traz as contribui&#231;&#245;es sobre a possibilidade de constru&#231;&#227;o de uma nova rela&#231;&#227;o com o saber na an&#225;lise das a&#231;&#245;es educativas investigadas. A pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa utilizou como instrumentos de coleta de dados: an&#225;lise documental e entrevistas com os coordenadores pedag&#243;gicos das duas Organiza&#231;&#245;es do Terceiro Setor. Os resultados encontrados na pesquisa indicaram que nas ONGs estudadas as diferen&#231;as sobre a dimens&#227;o pol&#237;tica da gest&#227;o educacional s&#227;o acentuadas.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This work aimed to analyse the possibilities for teachers building up knowledge on teaching practices and representations of students with deficiencies through collaborative actions. It consists in a qualitative research which was done based on meetings between the researcher and a teacher of a 1st grade (primary school) classroom from a municipal school in the countryside of the state of S&#227;o Paulo. All the meetings were recorded and/or registered in a field diary. The meetings consisted in moments in which it was possible to discuss about the student with deficiencies and his modes of participation, as well as about the possibilities of pedagogical practices. The collaborative work provides space for the teacher to reflect on his/her practice, find ways to change it, and get more confident about his/her educational action.]]></p></abstract>
