Especificamente para este artigo, realizou-se um recorte anal&#237;tico priorizando uma leitura diagonal de quatro documentos publicados por organiza&#231;&#245;es internacionais, destinados a orientar as reformas curriculares promovidas na Am&#233;rica Latina. Percebeu-se um direcionamento para as quest&#245;es da promo&#231;&#227;o de pr&#225;ticas pedag&#243;gicas inovadoras, associadas ao desenvolvimento de formas curriculares ancoradas nos conceitos de protagonismo juvenil e de forma&#231;&#227;o de habilidades. ]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: This paper presents the results of an investigation that seeks to understand the rationalities guiding curricular policies for Secondary Education. Specifically for this article we made an analytic choice prioritizing a diagonal reading of four documents published by international organizations aiming to guide curricular reforms in Latin America. We found that they are directed at the issues regarding the promotion of innovative pedagogical practices associated with the development of curricular forms rooted in the concepts of youth protagonism and skill-building. ]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen: El presente texto presenta resultados de una investigaci&#243;n que busca comprender las racionalidades que orientan las pol&#237;ticas curriculares para la educaci&#243;n secundaria. Espec&#237;ficamente para este art&#237;culo, se realiz&#243; un recorte anal&#237;tico priorizando una lectura diagonal de cuatro documentos publicados por organizaciones internacionales destinadas a orientar las reformas curriculares promovidas en Am&#233;rica Latina.
