Examina características do EMIEP e por que nele deve estar presente a formação humana com o propósito de alargar o debate sobre esta forma de ensino, analisando o seu significado e explicitando os fundamentos que evidenciam a formação humana a partir dos princípios da politecnia e da omnilateralidade. Caracterizado como pesquisa exploratória e descritiva, foi desenvolvido seguindo abordagem qualitativa por meio de pesquisa bibliográfica, com incidência em obras de autores que pesquisam sobre a temática. Trata das principais características que constituem o EMIEP e discorre sobre indicadores que demonstram a formação humana em suas dimensões no desenvolvimento do EMIEP. As repercussões indicam que o EMIEP deve ser instrumento para superar a formação dual, segmentada e utilitária e formar para a dimensão do trabalho em seus sentidos ontológico e histórico, garantindo as dimensões indissociáveis do trabalho, da ciência, da cultura e da tecnologia e a promoção da formação humana integral.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This essay is about s High School Integrated with Professional Education (EMIEP) as a means of promoting human formation in its various dimensions. It examines the characteristics of the EMIEP and why it should be present human formation with the purpose of broadening the debate about this form of education, analyzing its meaning and explaining the foundations that highlight the human formation from the principles of polytechnics and omnilateralism. Characterized as exploratory and descriptive research, it was developed following a qualitative approach by means of bibliographic research with incidence on the works of authors who research on the theme. It deals with the main characteristics that constitute the EMIEP and discusses indicators that demonstrate the human formation in its dimensions in the development of the EMIEP. The repercussions indicate that the EMIEP should be an instrument to overcome the dual, segmented and utilitarian training and form for the dimension of work in its ontological and historical meanings, ensuring the inseparable dimensions of work, science, culture and technology, and the promotion of integral human training.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Este ensayo trata del Bachillerato Integrado a la Educación Profesional (EMIEP), como medio para promover la formación humana en sus diversas dimensiones. Examina las características de la EMIEP y por qué debe estar presente la formación humana con el fin de ampliar el debate sobre esta forma de educación, analizando su significado y explicando los fundamentos que destacan la formación humana desde los principios de la politécnica y la omnilateralidad. Caracterizada como investigación exploratoria y descriptiva, se desarrolló siguiendo el enfoque cualitativo a través de la investigación bibliográfica con incidencia en obras de autores que investigan sobre el tema. Aborda las principales características que constituyen el EMIEP y discute los indicadores que demuestran la formación humana en sus dimensiones en el desarrollo del EMIEP. Las repercusiones indican que el EMIEP debe ser un instrumento para superar la formación dual, segmentada y utilitaria y formar para la dimensión del trabajo en sus significados ontológicos e históricos, asegurando las dimensiones inseparables del trabajo, la ciencia, la cultura y la tecnología y la promoción de la formación humana integral.]]></p></abstract>
