Trata-se de estudo qualitativo realizado em duas etapas: preenchimento de formulário on line e roda de conversa. Apreendeu-se, dentre outros elementos, que diretores municipais enfrentaram desafios com as tecnologias interativas, mas também vivenciaram oportunidades construídas de forma singular, considerando a ausência de diretrizes governamentais claras que poderiam mitigar a descoordenação das redes de ensino durante a pandemia.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This article explores textual elements unveiled by the principals of municipal schools concerning the challenges and opportunities experienced during the pandemic context. This is a qualitative study carried out in two phases: filling out an online form and a conversation circle. Results show that municipal principals faced challenges with interactive technologies, but also experienced opportunities built in a unique way, considering the absence of clear government guidelines that could mitigate the lack of coordination in education networks during the pandemic.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Este artículo explora los elementos textuales revelados por los directores de las escuelas municipales sobre los desafíos y oportunidades experimentados en el contexto de la pandemia. Se trata de un estudio cualitativo realizado en dos etapas: relleno de un formulario online y una rueda de conversación. Se conoció, entre otros elementos, que los directores municipales enfrentaron desafíos con las tecnologías interactivas, pero también vivieron oportunidades construidas de manera singular, considerando la ausencia de directrices gubernamentales claras que pudieran mitigar la falta de coordinación de las redes educativas durante la pandemia.]]></p></abstract>
