Com objetivo de analisar as atribuições assumidas pelos coordenadores pedagógicos, na perspectiva da construção de sua identidade profissional. A pesquisa configurou-se como exploratória e de abordagem qualitativa. Através dela é possível perceber que a perpetuação das tensões de atribuição interfere significativamente no perfil profissional do coordenador, inviabiliza o seu trabalho e compromete a qualidade da gestão pedagógica.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The elaboration of this work results from bibliographic and field research, carried out in the São Francisco do Conde Municipal Education System, in the State of Bahia. The objective was to analyze the attributions assumed by the pedagogical coordinators from the perspective of the construction of their professional identity. The research was characterized as exploratory and qualitative in approach. Through it, it is possible to notice that the perpetuation of attribution tensions interferes significantly with the coordinator&#8217;s professional profile, makes their work unviable, and compromises the quality of pedagogical management.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Este trabajo es el resultado de una investigación bibliográfica y de campo realizada en la Red Municipal de Educación de São Francisco do Conde, en el estado de Bahía. El objetivo fue analizar las atribuciones asumidas por los coordinadores pedagógicos desde la perspectiva de la construcción de su identidad profesional. Esta investigación se caracteriza por ser exploratoria y de enfoque cualitativo. A través de este estudio, es posible observar que la perpetuación de las tensiones de atribución interfiere significativamente en el perfil profesional de los coordinadores, haciendo inviable su trabajo y comprometiendo la calidad de la gestión pedagógica.]]></p></abstract>
