A análise do material aponta para questões que afetaram diretamente a atuação de gestores, tais como: a precariedade do ensino remoto em relação ao presencial; o baixo envolvimento das famílias na devolução das atividades às escolas; a necessidade de se investir mais em recursos tecnológicos a fim de contemplar a todos os estudantes; e com destaque a pressão sofrida pelos gestores para a instrumentação de seu quadro de professores para que correspondessem às novas exigências do ensino remoto, através de formações para a correta utilização das ferramentas digitais, a adaptação das aulas ao modelo digital e os desafios da alfabetização à distância.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Este estudio tiene como objetivo presentar una visión general de los impactos de la pandemia de covid-19 en la gestión educativa, con el objeto de análisis de la producción académica y científica sobre el período (2020-2021) disponible en el repositorio del Google Académico. El análisis del material apunta a cuestiones que afectaron directamente el desempeño de los directivos, tales como: la precariedad de la enseñanza a distancia en relación con lo presencial; la escasa participación de las familias en el regreso de las actividades a las escuelas; la necesidad de invertir más en recursos tecnológicos para atender a todos los estudiantes; y con énfasis en la presión que sufren los directivos para que instrumenten a su personal docente para atender las nuevas demandas de la educación a distancia, a través de la capacitación para el uso correcto de las herramientas digitales, la adaptación de las clases al modelo digital y los desafíos de la alfabetización a distancia.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This study aims to present an overview of the impacts of the covid-19 pandemic on educational management, with the object of analysis of the academic and scientific production on the period (2020-2021) available in the Google Academic repository. The analysis of the material points to issues that directly affected the performance of managers, such as the precariousness of remote teaching in relation to face-to-face; low involvement of families in the return of activities to schools; the need to invest more in technological resources in order to address all students; and with emphasis on the pressure suffered by managers to instrument their teacher staff to meet the new demands of remote education, through training for the correct use of digital tools, the adaptation of classes to the digital model and challenges of distance literacy.]]></p></abstract>
