Dadas as especificidades das práticas educativas, em sua relação com a linguagem, é necessário refletir os percursos de formação e de identidade dos profissionais que atuam nessa realidade. Por meio de um estado da questão, objetivamos caracterizar o Desenvolvimento Profissional Docente (DPD) em interface às práticas sociais de linguagem (trans linguagem) em escolas bilíngues investigadas na produção científica brasileira. O corpus de análise constituiu-se de 67 pesquisas de mestrado e doutorado, analisadas considerando os tópicos emergentes de investigação e, mais especificamente, as pesquisas que tratam da formação docente em escolas bilíngues em perspectiva à translinguagem. Concluímos haver uma urgência de pesquisas sobre desenvolvimento profissional nesses contextos, que possibilite refletir novas perspectivas para investigação das escolas bilíngues, como espaço social que integra dimensões profissionais de identidade e prática.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT A growing number of so-called &#8220;bilingual&#8221; schools have been implemented in recent years in Brazil. Given the specificities of educational practices, in their relationship with language, it is necessary to reflect on the training and identity paths of professionals who work in this reality. Through a state of the issue, we aim to characterize Teacher Professional Development (DPD) in interface with social language practices (translanguaging) in bilingual schools investigated in Brazilian scientific production. The corpus of analysis consisted of 67 master's and doctoral studies, analyzed considering emerging research topics and, more specifically, research that deals with teacher training in bilingual schools with a translanguaging perspective. We conclude that there is an urgent need for research on professional development in these contexts, which makes it possible to reflect new perspectives for investigating bilingual schools, as social spaces that integrate professional dimensions of identity and practice.]]></p></abstract>

Dadas las especificidades de las prácticas educativas, en su relación con el lenguaje, es necesario reflejar los caminos de formación e identidad de los profesionales que actúan en esta realidad. A través de un estado de la cuestión, pretendemos caracterizar el Desarrollo Profesional Docente (DPD) en interfaz con las prácticas de lenguaje social (translanguaging) en escuelas bilingües investigadas en la producción científica brasileña. El corpus de análisis estuvo constituido por 67 estudios de maestría y doctorado, analizados considerando temas de investigación emergentes y, más específicamente, investigaciones que abordan la formación docente en escuelas bilingües con una perspectiva translenguajeante. Concluimos que existe una necesidad urgente de investigación sobre el desarrollo profesional en estos contextos, que permita reflejar nuevas perspectivas para investigar las escuelas bilingües, como espacios sociales que integran dimensiones profesionales de identidad y práctica.]]></p></abstract>
