A pesquisa foi composta de análise documental, revisão bibliográfica e observação participante sistemática em uma escola regular de ensino médio no interior do Ceará, entre agosto de 2019 e março de 2020. Um dos pressupostos deste artigo é que a Administração Pública e o Ensino Escolar formam campos sociais diferentes na perspectiva de Pierre Bourdieu (1989), e que as avaliações externas são momentos de interação entre eles. Uma das análises decorrentes deste trabalho é que os professores em cargos diferentes, em gestão ou em sala de aula, acabam por atuar em lógicas diferentes e em decorrência desenvolver alguma carga de ressentimento nos momentos de responsabilizações por resultados de aprendizagem, e que o poder simbólico nesse cotejo chega à arena da linguagem.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT This article presents an ethnographic analysis of interactions between Basic Education professionals in different positions during the preparation, application and development of the results of the Ceará Permanent Basic Education Assessment System (SPAECE) test. The research was composed of documentary analysis, bibliographic review and systematic participant observation in a regular high school in the interior of Ceará, between August 2019 and March 2020. One of the assumptions of this article is that Public Administration and School Education form different social fields from the perspective of Pierre Bourdieu (1989), and that external evaluations are moments of interaction between them. One of the analyzes resulting from this work is that teachers in different positions, in management or in the classroom, end up acting in different logics and as a result developing some resentment when held accountable for learning results, and that symbolic power in this comparison it reaches the arena of language]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN Este artículo presenta un análisis etnográfico de las interacciones entre profesionales de la Educación Básica en diferentes posiciones durante la preparación, aplicación y desarrollo de los resultados de la prueba del Sistema Permanente de Evaluación de la Educación Básica de Ceará (SPAECE). La investigación se compuso de análisis documental, revisión bibliográfica y observación participante sistemática en una escuela secundaria regular del interior de Ceará, entre agosto de 2019 y marzo de 2020. Uno de los supuestos de este artículo es que la Administración Pública y la Educación Escolar forman campos sociales diferentes. desde la perspectiva de Pierre Bourdieu (1989), y que las evaluaciones externas son momentos de interacción entre ellas. Uno de los análisis resultantes de este trabajo es que los docentes en diferentes posiciones, en la gestión o en el aula, terminan actuando con lógicas diferentes y como resultado desarrollan cierto resentimiento cuando se les hace responsables de los resultados del aprendizaje, y que el poder simbólico en esta comparación llega al terreno del lenguaje.]]></p></abstract>
