This article discusses the relationships between school and labor based on the law number 7.044/82 that extinguishes the compulsory vocational courses that were introduced with the law number 5.692/71 for the secundary school. The paper intends to outline ways of positively using of the new law regarding curriculum changes for the secondary school.
