This paper is about the higher education reform in Europe and in Latin America. Before starting the analysis, it is important to present considerations about educational reforms in general. I do not intend developing a theoretical rehearsal concerning about education reforms, but to point out general considerations in order to clear the understanding what is happening in Europe and Latin America higher education. Therefore, this article will be divided into three parts. Firstly, I reflect about some the issues of the educational reforms. After, I analyze the nowadays reforms that Europe is promoting, whose stronger example is Bolonha’s Process”. In the third, I consider aspects of the transformations in Latin America higher education.
