Reflections of the managerial management policy on the work of the pedagogical coordinator

The article aims to understand the context of managerial management as a public policy, its characteristics and influences on the educational system and in the work of the pedagogical coordinator. Originating from a bibliographic research, the study showed that the management settles public responsibility policies for the joint of the results of the work and school's practice; and, by requiring executive and not reflective leaders, the management system tends to transform the coordinator into a bare executor of neoliberal ideologies with no room or conditions to overcome the dominant ideological conceptions.
