In this paper we aim at understanding some approaches to socialization and professional socialization concepts. These have unfolded due to the need of dealing with profession and professionalization, by fusing and being the understanding foundation of what is professional socialization. It is under the subjective aspect which constitutes effective identification and adhesion to membership groups and professions. The transition process from one condition to another, construction of the different nuances that make being with all the process implications. How does socialization process develop? And professional socialization process? What are the main interfering factors? What relationships can be established between training fields and practice? What ensures mobility and distribution within socialization and professional socialization processes? These questions are debated on this writing since from negotiations emerge the identities of those who undertake or are committed by them.
