Brazilian education is like a pyramid, it has its construction and. structural designation, and can be understood as a construction of systemic ideas. This time, the operationalization is constituted in the figure of the educational manager. In this aspect, the study proposes a deeper dialogue about school management, contextualizing the relationship between rural school teachers and the management of municipal education. It is intended to examine an aspect that characterizes the teaching model put in place for rural schools, as well as the manager's relationship with the teachers who work in rural schools. Thus, this article has a descriptive nature of information with a report on the training of teachers at Escola da Terra in 2018 in the municipality of Dianópolis-TO. The discipline Legislation of Rural Education raises several questions regarding the theme in depth in this study. In this sense, it is proposed to establish some considerations of the relations of the Teachers of the Rural Schools with the Escola da Terra Program, placing our focus on management. educational management. As a result, the demands that appear through the work carried out with the course participants. Thus, with the collected data, it was possible to analyze through the texts written by the groups.
