The use of educational technologies by health professionals is a growing reality. This study aimed to construct and validate an educational technology for family planning. This is a methodological development research. Its process took place in three stages: construction, validation, and referral to graphic, resulting in a manual titled “What is family planning?”. The educational technology developed can be a facilitating and mediating instrument in health education.
