It has been a current practice in the Brazilian Government Schools to apply the transformation of social related problems into mere organic or individual questions as a method of solving the unsuccessfulness of the school system. The present text analyses how the insertion of health professionals in the educational field and the emptying of the space pertinent to the education professionals have given rise to this practice, which leads to the maintenance of exclusion relations - in the school - determined by the "authority" of those who own the "wisdom"; and, also how the blamefulness of the students has been an effective solution to avoid reflection on the educational policies and the social, political and economical determining factors which generate the school failure of the popular class students.
