Abstract

The study approaches the large 90's decode conferences promoted by ONU, with the objective to favor a reflection about the educational policy orientations and to come up with some suppositions related to the implementation of actions to accomplish the commitment assumed by the Brazilian government, as the undersigned of the signed documents, in five of the twelve conferences. That way, they ore also approached in the argumentation of the Education Decode Plan (1993-2003), The National Education Guidelines and Bases Low- Low 9394/96, the Low 9424/96 that disposes about FUNDEF and the National Education Plan. We intend to evidence that the assumed commitments and the developed actions didn't lead in o complete way, but in o less satisfactory one, to the expressed objectives. We consider that the World Education Forum occurred in April 2000, in Dakar, offered elements to analyze, from the Latin American Speech, in which refers to the challenge that is still present at the education for everybody.
