Abstract

This article presents the result of a research which the objective was to investigate the factors that made difficult the access of teachers from the interior of state of Amazonas state to the 40 hours course offered as part of the public policy of the Amazonas secretary of education teachers’ formation. We based it on Nóvoa (2009), Tardif (2010), Pimenta (1999), Saviani (1996), Imbernón (2009) and Romanowski (2007). We used as methodology the case study. The study evidences a need to implement actions which guarantee the access of the teachers to the continued formation courses.
